Orlando Bloom seemed to make a brutal dig at his ex-fiancée, Katy Perry.
A photo of the Pirates of the Caribbean star went viral after he posed with Rachel Lynn Matthews at a Halloween party.
Taking pop culture fancy dress to an arguably iconic level, the Happy Death Day star had opted to dress up as the ‘E.T.’ singer from the Blue Origin space flight trip earlier this year.
So Bloom getting snapped alongside her on Instagram in this costume feels like a bit of a jibe at Perry, who it was reported he had separated from in the summer.

The pair were together on-and-off from 2016 before they got engaged in 2019 and welcomed their daughter, Daisy Dove, in 2020.
Since then, Perry has gone public with Justin Trudeau and ‘revealed’ why she and Bloom split.
Sharing the Blue Origin snap with Bloom on her Instagram Story, Matthews wrote: “Will tell my kids about this one day.”
Donning a blue bodysuit and black wig, it was a pretty good replica of the singer’s space flight fit. And to really double down, she recreated the famed snap of Perry kissing the ground after she returned to Earth, writing: “Take up space!”
As many of us know, the Perry’s participation in the Blue Origin mission became a bit of a meme and some even speculated it played a part in her split from Bloom.
When their separation was confirmed, representatives for the pair said in July that that the couple had 'been shifting their relationship over the past many months to focus on co-parenting'.
“They will continue to be seen together as a family, as their shared priority is - and always will be - raising their daughter with love, stability and mutual respect,” it added.
But while Bloom has seemingly spoken positively of Perry and their split, it’s been said she’s made her own dig at him with her latest single ‘Bandaids’.
Having reportedly quickly entered and left the charts, she sings in the new release: “Hand to God, I promise I tried / There’s no stone left unturned.
“It’s not what you did / It’s what you didn’t / You were there, but you weren’t.”
“Got so used to you letting me down / No use tryna send flowers now,” Perry also sings. “Telling myself you’ll change, you don’t / Band-Aids over a broken heart.”
It’s been inferred widely that these lyrics are about her relationship with Bloom, as she continues: “Tried all the medications / Lowered my expectations. Made every justification / Bleeding out, bleeding out, bleeding out slow.
“It’s not that complicated / To ask me how my day is. I’m flatlining trying to save this.”
