Paris Jackson has made a shocking claim about her father Michael's will after filing an objection with the Los Angeles Court.

The 27-year-old, who is one of three children sired by the King of Pop, was just 11 when the legendary musician died at the age of 50 back in 2009.

She has gone on to have a successful career as a model and actress but struggled with an intense childhood in the wake of Michael's death, after she was taken in by her grandmother Katherine, who was a strict Jehovah's Witness.

Paris, who memorably managed to cover up all 80 of her tattoos at the Grammys last year, has also recovered from a cocaine addiction, as she showed off a brutal hole in her nose on her TikTok account recently.

As she wasn't even a teenager when her father passed away, the distribution of his significant wealth was left up to co-executors John Branca and John McClain, and now Paris is claiming that they massively mismanaged his money.

She suggests that around $464 million (£353m) of her father's money was never reinvested, something which she and her legal team claim could have generated over £30m in profits if invested properly.

The filing reads: "Paris is increasingly concerned the Estate has become the vehicle for John Branca to enrich and aggrandise himself, rather than serve the beneficiaries’ best interests and steadfastly preserve her father’s legacy."

However, perhaps her most shocking claim is that the co-executors allegedly managed to take home over $10m (£7.6m) in compensation for their work back in 2021, which they claim is 'more than double the amount distributed to any beneficiary from the family allowance’.

It was also alleged that executors have taken home close to $150m up to 2021.

The executors also haven't disclosed accounting from the past four years, but have invested in projects which are being described as 'high risk' by family members.

One such project includes the upcoming biopic Michael, which has seen John Branca take a position as an executive producer, which also saw him cast A-list actor Miles Teller as himself, despite having no previous experience in the film business.

"It appears that Mr Branca used his position as an Executive Producer, a role he has never before performed in connection with any dramatic feature film, to cast the sole A-list actor in the production, Miles Teller, to play himself in the upcoming feature biopic," the objection reads.

Despite MJ reportedly being in more than $300 million of debt when he died, the executors have claimed that Paris has received approximately $65m (£49.6m) in benefits from her father’s estate.

An October 14 filing read: "Few have benefited more from the Executors’ business judgment than Petitioner herself, who has received roughly $65m from the Estate in benefits.

"She would have never received that had the Executors followed a typical playbook for an estate like this one in July 2009."

LADbible has contacted John Branca for a comment.
