Paris Jackson has recently opened up on her past with drug use, with a candid video revealing a hole in her nose.
The second child of the 'King of Pop' Michael Jackson, Paris is known for her work as a model and actress, building a social media presence over the years with her content.
The model, 27, made headlines recently for saying she was 'zero percent involved' in the upcoming biopic Michael, which will cover her late father's rise to stardom in its 2026 release.

She's known for being quite open online, including aspects of her childhood while growing up as one of three children under MJ's care, saying she 'didn't really have much guidance' but managed to stay close to her brothers Prince and Bigi (formerly Blanket).
Now, she has taken to TikTok to open up about the struggles she had as a young adult.

In a video which was posted to social media on Monday (10 November), Paris spoke about something she'd 'never actually addressed' - the condition with her nose which causes her to 'have a really loud whistle'.
The 'let down' singer explained in the video: "I realise I have never actually addressed this, and it can sometimes be very noticeable."
"I have a really loud whistle. If you go back to videos, you can hear it when I breathe through my nose, and that is because I have what is called a perforated septum," she said while holding a light up to her nose to reveal the hole.
According to Cleveland Clinic, a perforated septum is a hole in the tissue between your nostrils, which can be caused by many things, ranging from infections, injuries, nose conditions, picking your nose and drug misuse, among others.
She suggested it was caused by her drug use in the past, adding: "Slightly different from a deviated septum, and it's what you think it's from.
"Don't do drugs kids, or do. Everyone's going to have the experience they need to have with life. I'm not going to tell anyone what to do, but I don't recommend it because it ruined my life," Paris explained.
The model said that while she could get plastic surgery to repair the hole, she's approaching six years sober and would need drugs to go through a surgery like that and 'I don't want to f**k with that'.
On a lighter note, Paris pointed out: "But I've been living with this since I was about 20, and it's a b**** when you're in the studio recording vocals, and I can actually stick a spaghetti noodle (through it) and do that (hook it out of the other side) with it."
Paris spoke about being 'clean and sober' for five years in an Instagram post, claiming she was 'an alcoholic and heroin addict' in the past.

She said that due to her sobriety today, she can 'smile', 'make music', and 'experience the joy of loving my dogs and cat', adding: "I've found that life keeps happening regardless of whether I'm sober or not, but today I get to show up for it."
The actress also spoke about her sobriety journey at the 35th annual Friendly House Awards event in October, stating: “I didn't just get my life back. I got a better one.”
Paris compared getting sober to a car accident as 'everything I shoved in the back seat moved forward on impact', as she continues to learn to 'navigate life' going forward.
