Priscilla Presley sued for $50 million and accused of pulling daughter's life support

The ex-wife of the King of Rock 'n' Roll is being sued for breach of contract and fraud by her former business partners

Priscilla Presley has been slapped with a $50million lawsuit which accuses her of prematurely 'pulling the plug' on her daughter Lisa Marie's life support.

The former actress - who was married to the King of Rock 'n' Roll for six years - allegedly wanted power over the Presley family name, according to court documents.

The bombshell lawsuit claims that she 'ultimately wanted to control' both Lisa Marie's trust and the infamous Graceland estate in Memphis, Tennessee.

Priscilla's former business partners Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, lodged the legal claim in a Los Angeles superior court, seeking at least $50million in damages.

The pair, who head up Priscilla Presley Partners, are suing the 80-year-old for breach of contract and fraud.

They claim that Priscilla was aware that her daughter Lisa Marie - who was the sole heir to Elvis' estate - intended to remove her as the head of her trust.

Kruse and Fialko allege that this is why the mother-of-two 'pulled the plug within hours of Lisa being admitted' into hospital after she suffered a cardiac arrest at her home in Calabasas, California, in January 2023.

Before her death, Priscilla had told the public that her daughter, 54, was receiving the 'best care' in hospital, before she then released a statement announcing the sad news of her passing.

"It is with a heavy heart that I must share the devastating news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us," the Naked Gun star said at the time. "She was the most passionate strong and loving woman I have ever known.

"We ask for privacy as we try to deal with this profound loss. Thank you for the love and prayers. At this time there will be no further comment.”

But according to the lawsuit, Priscilla was aware that the death of her daughter would 'neutralise the threat' of her being removed as the sole claimant of her trust.

"Priscilla ultimately wanted to control the Promenade Trust and Graceland," the lawsuit, seen by The Independent, goes on to say.

Incredibly, the legal claim alleges that just a week after Lisa Marie had passed away, Priscilla said: "I’m the queen. I’m in charge of Graceland."

The lawsuit also states that Priscilla was 'supposed to stop using the surname Presley' upon her divorce from Elvis in 1973.

Jordan Matthews, a lawyer for Kruse and Fialko, said, as per The Times: "The evidence will establish that the real victims here are my clients, who invested millions and years of hard work into revitalising Priscilla Presley’s brand, only to be betrayed and falsely accused once the money was on the table and every personal and business issue had been resolved."

On the flip side, Priscilla's legal team have vehemently denied the claims in the lawsuit, with her attorney Marty Singer describing it as ‘one of the most shameful, ridiculous, salacious, and meritless’ fillings ever.

He told the New York Post: "This is nothing more than a sad and vicious attempt to falsely tarnish the reputation of an 80-year-old woman in blatant retaliation for bringing a lawsuit to redress the wrongful conduct of Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators.

"Accusing a grieving mother of contributing to her daughter’s death is not savvy advocacy; it is malicious character assassination, and should be broadly condemned.

"These fabricated claims have absolutely no validity and we are confident this case will be dismissed."

The legal drama comes after Priscilla lodged a lawsuit of her own last year, which alleged that Kruse and others 'financially abused' her and stole $1 million.
