15-year-old son of former NFL player and reality TV star arrested on suspicion of multiple sex crimes

K.J. Biermann, the 15-year-old son of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, has been charged as an adult with felony aggravated sodomy and felony aggravated sexual battery.
The Alpharetta Police Department states that the charges stem from an incident in the family changing area of a Life Time Fitness on North Point Parkway in Georgia, US on 23 April.
Authorities allege Biermann Jr. met a 15-year-old classmate in the café and lead her into the family changing area.

Biermann Jr. has been accused of physically restraining her, engaging in unwanted sexual contact and allegedly forcing her to engage in sexual acts against her will.
The boy’s mother, known for being on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, vehemently denies all of the allegations.
"The allegations being made against my son are nothing short of reckless and deeply troubling. He categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged," she said in a statement shared with US Weekly.
The mother said her son ‘voluntarily took a polygraph examination regarding these allegations and passed’.
“False accusations can have devastating consequences not only for the person being accused, but also for genuine survivors of sexual assault and abuse. Every legitimate allegation deserves to be taken seriously and investigated based on the facts and evidence,” she added.
“At the same time, no one should be publicly condemned based solely on an accusation.”
“We remain confident that the facts and evidence will establish the truth, and we ask that people allow the proper process to take its course rather than spreading unproven allegations,” Zolciak concluded.
According to a police report obtained by USA Today: “He grabbed her by the waist and started kissing her neck and grabbing her butt with his hand and an open hand and kissed her lips.
The alleged victim claimed she repeatedly said ‘no’ to the boy who allegedly pulled down his pants and orally sodomized her.
Biermann Jr. ‘tried multiple times to have sexual intercourse with her by trying to pull down her pants’, the report states.
He was arrested on 17 August and remains in custody at Metro Regional Youth Detention Center. Biermann Jr. will face a Fulton County Superior Court judge in September, who will handle pre-trial court proceedings.
Zolciak and Biermann, a retired NFL player, separated in May 2023 after nearly 12 years of marriage. They also share son Kash and twins Kane and Kaia.
According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Zolciak filed a motion for an emergency hearing in June, alleging that Biermann was not taking proper care of their four children while they were in his custody.
Zolciak the minor children were 'at risk of ongoing mental and physical abuse', claiming they 'constantly' reach out to her for food or medicine while in his care.
The reality star also alleged that one of her children was subjected to 'frightening rage fueled tirades' from Biermann, and that at least one of their younger children expressed to their therapist that they’ve experienced 'mental, emotional and physical abuse'.
