Reality TV stars explain how they went four years without having sex during entire four-year marriage

Amanda Batula and Kyle Cooke confessed during part 2 of the Summer House reunion that there was zero intimacy during their entire four-year-marriage.

The reality TV stars, who announced their separation in January, admitted that they never had sex when they were married, having been together for a total of 10 years.

Cooke, 43, said he was in a ‘very unhappy marriage’ and that ‘no needs [were] being met’.

When host Andy Cohen asked how many years this was happening, Batula, 34, said ‘four’, while Cooke said it was ‘the entire time’.

"We split the day we put the statement out," Cooke went on.

"The only conversation we had about, like, 'Are we officially ending things?' was when we wrote the statement."

Batula revealed that it was an argument on New Year’s Eve which was the ‘final nail in the coffin’ for their relationship.

"I made up my mind about our separation on New Year's Day," she said.

"The nail in the coffin was New Year's Day for me... Kyle and I were bickering, whatever, I didn't go to New Year's with him.

"I spent it by myself, he spent it DJing at a restaurant, whatever. I woke up the next morning,

"I saw that he was at a hotel in Hoboken, [New Jersey]. I'm going into 2026 wanting to have a fresh start, and he's doing the same s**t that he was doing that was p**sing me off before."

After the holidays, she contacted Bravo and said, 'I want to put out a statement, because I don't want people watching this season thinking that Kyle and I are still together after I was treated this way'.

The pair tied the knot in 2021 after having to postpone the wedding due to the Covid pandemic in 2020.

Taking to Instagram at the start of the year, Batula and Cooke announced their shock separation and wrote in a joint statement: “After much reflection, we have mutually and amicably decided to part ways as a couple. We share this with a heavy heart and kindly ask for your grace and support while we focus on our personal growth and healing.”

It added: “It feels ironic to ask for privacy during this time since we’ve always tried to be open and honest about our relationship, but your kindness and respect will go a long way as we try to navigate our next chapter."
