Recently unsealed court documents made even more of the Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni case public.
From claims made by the Gossip Girl alum’s driver to her plea to Ben Affleck, there were also heated texts sent by her husband, Ryan Reynolds.
This comes as Baldoni and Lively have been entangled in lawsuits since 2024, following the production of It Ends With Us.
She accused her co-star of sexual harassment on set and launching a smear campaign against her, all of which he denies, and there has been a public legal battle going on since.

With the exhibits unsealed documents ahead of May’s trial, a representative for Reynolds has now spoken out in his defence, after he allegedly referred to Baldoni as a ‘controlling b**ch’ and ‘predatory fraudster’.

Among the unsealed documents, the Deadpool actor messaged his WME agent Warren Zavala in August 2024, over the opening weekend of Lively’s film. And at this point, rumours were spiralling of a rift between her and Baldoni.
"I'm super frustrated because this is a moment in which Blake should be celebrating. She made this unbelievable win happen," he allegedly wrote.
"She WILLED this weekend into reality. Baldoni and these other buckets of dumb-dumb-juice should be acknowledging the speculation and gossip themselves. They should be jumping in front of it in the most full throated, unqualified way. Now."
He also claimed that Baldoni and his production company, Wayfarer Studios, had ‘made a big f**king mess’.
And in another exchange, Reynolds allegedly called Baldoni a ‘thoroughbred, predatory fraudster’ and an ‘inexplicably toxic mess’.
With lengthy messages from the star released in the documents, his representative told Puck News: “Yes, Ryan got involved – what husband wouldn’t support his wife and the mother of his children?”

Reynold’s rep continued: “He saw his wife fighting daily to stand up against sexual harassment in a private and respectful way, only to face retaliation for doing so.
"If anything, Ryan feels like he wasn’t angry enough. He passionately believes in and will stand up for the basic right to a safe workplace free of harassment and retaliation for his wife and others. Then, now and always."
Lively is currently seeking over $160 million in damages, after alleging sexual harassment and retaliation, with the trial set for this May.
Baldoni denies her claims, however, his countersuit against lively and Reynolds (accusing them of defamation and extortion) has been dismissed.
The LADbible Group has contacted representatives for Baldoni for comment.
