Sex and the City star Chris Noth has opened up on whether he is still in touch with former co-star Sarah Jessica Parker.
Noth played Mr. Big on the popular romantic comedy-drama series which aired for six seasons before two feature films made their way to theatres.
Parker played Carrie Bradshaw, the narrator and main character of the TV show, with each episode being heard through her internal monologue and weekly column for a fictional newspaper.

The show was one of the leading titles of the late 90s and early 2000s, so with two of its stars no longer on speaking terms, fans have been left with a million questions.
Noth was charged with multiple sexual assault allegations back in December 2021, causing a rift with former cast mates.

Roth recently made a perceived dig at Parker, however, just days after she picked up an honorary Golden Globe win, by posting a photo of himself at the gym with the caption 'F&@k new years – LETS GO!!!!'
He has since said of his 'sarcastic response' that 'it is not news', in response to the uproar online.
Roth and Parker played on-screen partners throughout the series, though the former was charged with multiple sexual assault allegations in 2021.
He recently featured on the Really Famous with Kara Mayer Robinson podcast, acknowledging that Parker had signed a joint statement from the cast of the show, which praised the courage of the women who came forward.
The statement read: “We are deeply saddened to hear the allegations against Chris Noth. We support the women who have come forward and shared their painful experiences. We know it must be a very difficult thing to do and we commend them for it."
Noth said that his on-screen partner didn't speak to him to hear this side of the story before supporting those who came out against him.
He has long denied the claims brought against him, calling the statement from the Sex and the City cast as 'disappointing', adding on a preview of the show: "We're not friends - I think that's pretty obvious."
According to People, he went on: “The statement that they put out - which was nothing more than brand management, really - I don’t know, it was sad, it was disappointing, it was surprising.
“Because you need to call me and hear my side of this. You’ve known me for many years, and we’ve worked [together] for many years,” he stated.

Noth further stated: “I get it, that’s more Hollywood than Hollywood ... but before you make that statement, you know me, you’ve known me all these years, give me a call so I can give you the real scoop about this. And that didn’t happen, and that was too bad.”
He said he now knows who his real friends are, claiming that if 'it had been on the other hand', he would have handled the situation differently and 'absolutely' called Parker.
His character, Mr. Big, was killed off in the first episode of the sequel series And Just Like That, prior to any allegations.
Noth further claimed of his co-star's actions: “That was hurtful, and it really affected everything.”
