Sir Stephen Fry has spoken out about the 'insane' side effect his May-December marriage has had on his life.
There is 30-years between the actor and his husband Elliot Spencer, who he married in January 2015 after they reportedly met at a house party three years prior.
The notoriously private couple - who haven't been pictured in public together in the last six years - tied the knot in a registry office in Norfolk just two weeks after announcing their engagement.
Fry previously explained that he and his other half 'don't go to Hollywood parties much', hence why they aren't many snaps of them looking all loved up on red carpets.

The Alfresco star, 68, rarely makes remarks about his relationship with Spencer, 38, however, he has addressed their three-decade age gap on a handful of occasions.
"We met at a friend’s house and I knew pretty much straight away that this was someone I wanted to spend, what I considered, the rest of my life with," Fry previously said.

"Whether he thought the same because he’s got rather a lot more [life to go than me]," the comedian, who recently returned to our screens while taking part in The Celebrity Traitors, then joked.
Earlier this year, Fry opened up about what the reality of being in a committed relationship with someone 30-years his junior is really like.

He appeared on Ryan Clark's How to Be in Love podcast in June and opened up about his 15-year stretch of celibacy and how his marriage to Spencer has kept him young at heart.
"He teaches me things I just didn't know," Fry said of his husband. "He introduced me to Kendrick Lamar, which was a great thing to do because Kendrick Lamar I've decided is a great poetical spirit, a really remarkable figure."
The former QI host then revealed that Spencer had also introduced him to the world of wrestling.
Fry continued: "But that, plus, now you're really going to laugh here because I thought, is he insane? He has a great affection for, and I guess you could call it ironic, but it's real - for WWE...
"I kind of am [a fan of WWE], and I just don't know whether I can reveal this extraordinary truth, but I have bought a couple of tickets for WrestleMania in Las Vegas."

Fry then revealed the secrets behind his and Spencer's 'successful relationship' - remaining 'cheerful' and being mindful of each other's moods.
He went on: "I guess it’s all the normal human virtues - some of which are forgotten virtues - but one of the most important human virtues, I think, isn't even really considered a virtue.
"But it is one that changes the world. And it's not kindness, which obviously is important, but it's a subset of kindness, perhaps. And it's cheerfulness.
"When you're in the presence of a cheerful person, It makes everything better. They're like their own sunshine. So that's one of the things. If one is down to help the other come up...

“And understand each other's differences as emotional human beings. For example, I had to understand, and he had to understand, that I am extremely energetic and bouncy and chatty in the mornings at breakfast and he is not.
"So I had to find ways of just calming myself and he had to come up a little bit and not be quite so kind of, 'Will you shut up Stephen!'"
