Tara Reid has issued a warning after she was rushed to the hospital, as she claims her drink was 'tampered with'.
Reid, best known for her role in the American Pie films, revealed in an interview with TMZ that the alleged incident occurred last Saturday (22 November).
Videos have since emerged of the celebrity in a wheelchair being taken to the hospital from the hotel where the incident reportedly took place.
The actor stated that she ordered a drink before going outside to smoke at roughly 10.30pm. When she returned, she noticed a napkin over her drink, which she said she hadn’t put there.

The next thing Reid knew, she was waking up in the hospital. According to a statement from Reid's representative, the situation is under investigation by the police.
Speaking to TMZ Live, Reid said that after she checked into the hotel in Chicago she ‘went downstairs’ to the bar, adding: “I got my drink and I left it on the bar and went outside to smoke my cigarette.

“I went back to the bar and my drink was covered up with a napkin, and I was like ‘that’s weird’ because I didn’t put that over my drink.
“Without finishing my drink, I just like passed out. Before I knew it, I was at the hospital, eight hours later.

“It’s really scary… Not just for girls but for guys for anyone, you have to really be careful with your drink.”
She claims the hospital told her that she 'got drugged last night at the bar', however, she said that their explanation was 'vague' and they didn't tell her what drug was in her system.
The full statement given to The Independent by a representative for the actor said: “Tara Reid has filed a police report after an incident in which she believes her drink was tampered with.
“She is cooperating fully with the investigation. Tara is recovering and asks for privacy during this traumatic time.
“She also urges everyone to be careful, watch your drinks and never leave them unattended, as this can happen to anyone.
