Tom Holland and Zendaya are officially married but it seems as if the internet rumours even had some of his family members fooled.
Despite being global superstars, the internet's favourite couple love to keep their relationship away from the cameras wherever possible, which is frankly a refreshing change to some celebrity couples who maybe are guilty of sharing a little too much with the public.
After meeting on the set of Spider-Man, the pair got engaged over the Christmas period of 2024 with Zendaya showing off a rather impressive engagement ring at the Golden Globes in 2025.
While it seemed impossible that Zendaya's wedding would have as much drama as her recent blockbuster, there was a lot of confusion when her stylist leaked that they'd already wed without anyone knowing.

And when AI photos of the pair started to circulate online, the power of the increasingly intelligent technology was enough to convince a lot of people online.

Sadly, that included Tom's own grandmother who was no doubt left devastated when she believed that her handsome grandson had forgotten to send her an invite.
Although he hasn't confirmed if the wedding did actually take place at Lake Como like the AI photos suggested, the 30-year-old has finally confirmed that the big day has officially happened in an interview with Esquire.
While he didn't go into details about the day itself, Holland did open up about his relationship with Zendaya and how he's overjoyed to have 'found his person'. Goals.
He said: “Our business can present very stressful situations and it’s really nice to have a bedrock of a relationship that will stand the test of time.
"We can support each other in ways that only we can, because only we understand really what it’s like to live this life, and I think that is such a luxury, because I just don’t understand how I would be able to have anything like that with anyone else.
“So, for me, I found my person. She’s my best friend, and I’m the happiest I have ever been when I’m with her, but I have also never felt so supported and safe, ever. Period.”

Internet dwellers will be familiar with those clips of the actor saying that he wanted to play Spider-Man, that his favourite video game was Uncharted and that his celebrity crush was Zendaya. That just goes to show that if you keep manifesting, you really can achieve your dreams.
Congrats to the happy couple and also congrats to grandma, who presumably did get an invite to the actual celebrations whenever and wherever they occurred.
And if that's not enough of Tom and Zendaya for you then fear not, because we'll get to see them together on screen in two of the biggest films of the summer, as they're set to star in both Spider-Man: Brand New Day and Christopher Nolan's Greek epic The Odyssey.
