There are some things that you just can’t help but share publicly like acing your driving test, or, if you’re Cockney legend Danny Dyer, perhaps it’s proudly announcing that the Scouse accent is the sexiest of them all.
And then there’s some information you’d prefer to keep under lock and key so only the right person sees them - details of which plant pot the cat sitter can find the spare key under and those sneaky shared streaming service passwords spring to mind.
In fact, there’s plenty of things we’d really prefer to stay private, as dynamic celeb pair Danny and Dani Dyer reconfirmed when they played our surprising new game Private Matters.
The father-daughter duo took turns asking each other prying questions, like which footballer Danny would be happy with his daughter marrying or which regional accent they just can’t get enough of. For every question asked, the pair had the choice of whether to spill the beans out in the open or keep schtum and share them amongst each other in their family WhatsApp group chat instead.
What started with Danny saying he’d ban the term “rizz” and Dani confessing that she’d previously pretended she had a ‘sickness’ to avoid going on dates, soon turned into a serious quizzing with both Dyers left in absolute disbelief at what each other had said.

But as for the answer that left Dani absolutely gobsmacked, I guess we’ll never know. Thanks to WhatsApp’s privacy features, no one, not even WhatsApp, can see the Dyer’s personal messages – so there’s no chance of finding out any time soon.
