Viewers tuned in tonight to watch the new ITV documentary Psychopath with Piers Morgan and it left many 'disturbed' with one calling it the 'most chilling interview yet'.
We watched as Morgan met Paris Bennett, 25, who stabbed his four-year-old sister, Ella, in 2007 when he was a teenage boy. The reason? To spite his mum.
Aged 13, 'genius' Bennett stabbed his young sister with a kitchen knife 17 times. He has now been diagnosed as a calculated psychopath and is currently serving a 40-year prison sentence.

There is a chance he will be released, at some point in his mid-thirties.
During the hour-long documentary, Morgan ventured behind bars for the extraordinary encounter with Bennett who is said to be more intelligent, more cunning and more manipulative than any criminal Piers has met before.
Paris, who has an IQ of 141 - which means he is considered a 'genius' - was regarded as being so dangerous that the prison requested that Morgan should interview him behind glass.

And viewers were left 'chilled to the bone' as Bennett described why he committed the heinous crime. The documentary played the 911 call (a call Paris refused to listen to) where he faked doing CPR on his sister and instead walked around the room.
In Bennett's first interview on British television he admitted to Piers that the murder was driven by a calculated desire to inflict pain and misery upon his mother, Charity.

Attempting to explain why he killed Ella he said: "I knew that by doing so I could hurt my mother in the worst possible way," adding: "I found a way to take away both her children in one fell swoop."
When asked whether he could describe his little sister, Paris said: "We could sit here and talk all day about my feelings for my sister," adding: "I love her, I love her with every fibre of my being."
Charity has stood by her son even though she fears that when he gets out, Paris could still harbour violent intentions towards her.

Prior to the interview, she told Piers: "He'll [Paris] will be nice, personable, polite. He is very charming when he wants to be. I mean he is a psychopath."
Showing Paris a picture of Ella as the interview came to a close, the psychopath remarked: "I feel like I don't deserve to be shown that picture.
"I am the reason why every picture of my sister is only of her as a girl, I'm the reason there are no pictures of her aged five or six or beyond. I don't deserve to look at that picture."

Unlike many of the American murderers Piers has interviewed, it is likely that one day he will walk out of prison a free man. Despite his crime, Paris is first eligible for parole in eight years' time.
Experts assessing his behaviour and body language thought Paris was unable to feel any empathy - and was still dangerous.
