The actor commonly known for her role as the 'Period Blood Girl' in Superbad says she also remembered for another crazy scene.
Carla Gallo has featured in some of the greatest modern comedy movies of all time, from The 40-Year-Old Virgin and Knocked Up to Funny People and Forgetting Sarah Marshall.
But one of her most memorable moments as an actor was in 2007's Superbad when she starred as the 'period blood girl'.
The very brief scene takes place during a house party when Seth (Jonah Hill) dances with an unnamed girl, played by Gallo, and later realises there’s blood on his pants.
We find out that the blood is from her period, leading to disgusted reactions from others at the party, and hilarious reactions from viewers.

The moment is just one of Seth’s series of humiliations throughout the night.
However, Gallo says that she's also remembered for her role in The 40-Year-Old Virgin, which again was very brief.
A couple years before Superbad came out, the actor featured as 'Toe-Sucking Girl' when main character Andy (Steve Carell) goes speed-dating.
Her character gets into bed with Andy and catches him off guard by sucking his toe.

In a 2023 interview with Michael Kahan on his YouTube channel, she spoke about how people still recognise her from that scene.
"I maybe would have assumed it had to do with, like, 'Period Blood Girl' from Superbad, because I would say that's the other one that people most like, you know, if people recognise me a lot of times, it's like, from Bones or that, weirdly," she said.
"Like that is just such a big movie, so big for people. Um, so I would have thought it, but it's actually kind of nice to hear that it's the toe sucking.
"Because A, it's like, probably one of the more innocent ones, and B, because it like, you know, was one of the earliest ones that I did."

Kahan then pointed out that her fans probably still remember the toe sucking scene because it was real, whereas the period blood scene, obviously, didn't involve real blood.
"None of the other stuff is, you know [real], because, like, in Get Him to the Greek, I'm like, essentially, kind of raping Jonah Hill with a dildo," she claimed.
"But, like, I'm not really. I did put that in his mouth, and actually, he told me to.
"So we were improvising in that too. And he was like, 'Actually put it in my mouth'. Because I don't think I would have forced that on anybody."
