Julia Fox has claimed that her son was conceived on a New York City rooftop in a recent Instagram post... all while wearing a coat that was quite literally on fire.
The Uncut Gems star and former girlfriend of Kanye West has a son with ex-partner Peter Artemiev, who was born in January of last year.
However, in the caption to a promotional video for fashion designer Sam Macer, Fox made the shock revelation that the roof it had been filmed on was the very same in which her child was conceived.

The 25-second video shows Fox wearing a flame charred coat, which she boldly captioned: “My son was conceived on this rooftop. Anyway this stunning pyro coat is by @samxmacer.”
According to Macer, the shoot wasn't at all staged as the material of the coat allowed Fox to wear it while it was very much on fire.
“The coat is leather and the sleeves and train are wrapped in stretched steel wool that is typically used by carpenters and mechanics,” Macer told Page Six.

“When the pieces burn, the steel wool disintegrates and exposes the undergarment in the process. But it burns at a low temperature making it possible to have [it] in close proximity to the body.”
Meanwhile, Fox's fame has sky-rocketed since the beginning of 2022, partly as a result of a short-lived relationship with rapper Kanye West.
The pair broke up in February while West was in the middle of a very public spat with ex-wife Kim Kardashian and her new partner, Pete Davidson.

In the aftermath of the split, Fox suggested that she got with the superstar to 'give people something to talk about'.
The 32-year-old went on to claim that she and West are 'on good terms' following the split, saying she had 'love for him' but was not 'in love [with] the man'.
Back in March, Fox told the Call Her Daddy podcast that West likely had some 'residual feelings' for his ex, though claimed at the time their relationship was 'all that matters'.
Just hours after the podcast aired, West shared a collage of photos of Kardashian and their children on Instagram and wrote: "GOD PLEASE BRING OUR FAMILY BACK TOGETHER."
Fox was back in the headlines earlier this week for yet another eye-catching social media post.

The post in question featured Fox wearing very low-cut black trousers - dipped into a low 'V' at the front - alongside a group of her friends.
In response, one social media user wrote: “Her faith in those pants is inspiring.”
Another added: “This is the woman I aspire to be, so unhinged, pushing boundaries through fashion, absolutely insane, a literal genius.”
