Michael Theo from Love on the Spectrum has launched his own podcast and people are absolutely loving it.

The Aussie bloke appeared on both seasons of the reality TV dating show that is designed to teach people who are on the autism spectrum how to find love.

They learn the fundamentals on what to do and what not to do and then get set up on a date with someone who also has autism.

Michael stood out for his loveable charm and for his earnest and genuine want for a romantic partner.

He's now launched his own podcast series called Mr A+ and he will be exploring a bunch of topics with different guests.

Michael said about the project: "Rules for the podcast include: no controversial topics such as politics, religion, past wars, weaponry and drugs. And most importantly it has a strict no Covid talk policy."

In the podcast, he's promised to chat about life, relationships, dating and even Thomas the Tank Engine.

He's already released two episodes and it's going down a treat with audiences.

"This podcast is about bringing love, positivity and entertainment into people's lives. People really need that after the dark few years we've just had," he said.

His podcast is available at all the usual places and you can gear up for more episodes to come.

Michael was recently a guest on The Ellen Show, which is absolutely monumental.

Ellen DeGeneres asked him how he approaches the dating world now that he's found worldwide fame.

He gave this heartwarming advice: "Remain focused on your date, allow yourself to remain relaxed and enjoy the conversation, look for changes in the way she responds to indicate if she's interested in the conversation.

"If she gives you short responses with a flat tone, take this as a sign to change the topic. Allow the conversation to flow naturally and keep your face relaxed while maintaining eye contact."
