Lisa Ann shares before-and-after photos post surgery after going back to 'factory settings'
The former adult star, 53, said she's thrilled that she can now 'walk into a room without her boobs entering first'
Lisa Ann Corpora reinvented herself career-wise after leaving the adult industry - and she later did the same with her appearance.
The former porn star, 53, 'went back to factory settings' this time last year and got her famous assets removed.
She reckons it is one of the best decisions that she has ever made, as while sharing before-and-after photos to show the difference, she revealed the benefits getting rid of her breast implants has brought.
After saying goodbye to the adult industry for good, Lisa decided it was time to also bid her boobs farewell too.

Back in 2020, she spoke to LADbible about how briefly reprising her initial retirement made her realise it was time to call it quits on a permanent basis.
"I think dipping my toe back in the water for that year really gave me a sense that I had been in it at the perfect time for me, and it wasn't really a fit for me anymore," she explained.
"I've outgrown it, I've loved it for everything it's done for me and still so happy to be invited to events and still be Lisa Ann - but at the same time [the adult industry has] grown to be something different.
"I needed to go back in for that year to see what's different in my life now."
Lisa - who is arguably best known for her political porn parody 'Who's Nailin' Paylin?' - said that 'being a porn star in the 90s was very different than it is now'.
Reflecting on the glory days, the Pennsylvania-born media personality said: "The girls were so valued. There weren't a lot who wanted to do this for a living, so [filmmakers] wanted to treat the ones who did so well."
But she reckons that adult content world then switched up, with porn producers prioritising 'shock value' over sexy scenes - which she said 'changed the dynamic of the industry'.
Lisa went on to establish herself as a radio and podcast host, as well as penning a couple of books about her illustrious career.
In a sense though, she still maintains something of a presence in the X-rated realm, as fans can converse with her 'digital twin' on a platform called OhChat.
This digital version of her still boasts quite a large bust, despite Lisa no longer having breast implants.
Earlier this month, fans of the popular ex-adult performer were blown away by her transformation after she uploaded a series of snaps on Instagram.
On 5 March, she made a post celebrating the first anniversary of being free of 'aftermarket parts', while detailing how she feels now she has returned to her 'original' form.
"My implants were amazing business partners and helped build a career I’ll always be grateful for...but the woman I am today wanted to walk into a room without my boobs entering first," Lisa joked.
"One year later: More mobile. No pain. Best sleep of my adult life. Original parts. New chapter."
She shared images of her pre-surgery, on the day of the operation and a mirror selfie of her flaunting her new physique.
Lisa has openly discussed her decision to abandon her breast implants on social media over the last year, such as when she shared an update two months after the operation.
In a post in May last year, she spoke of how she was thrilled that she could now wear 'tiny tops' while saying she was feeling 'absolutely incredible - physically, mentally, emotionally'.
"This has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my overall health and well-being," Lisa added. "Getting dressed has never been more fun with more things fitting and less time fussing."
In a post on X that was also shared in May 2025, she gushed about how great it was to be 'living in her natural body for the first time since she was 18', saying: "It feels great to back away from relying on my looks and body. It's next-level empowering."
And during an appearance on the You Gotta Try This podcast in 2025, she revealed that the upkeep of her boobs had cost her a great deal of cash over the years.
She said the bill for her breasts 'easily' hit the $250,000 mark, while confessing that she previously felt the need to undergo cosmetic procedures because of 'pressure' she felt while working in the adult industry.
"You are pressured to do a lot of fillers and things to your face," she said. "It's funny, people will say to me 'you look younger now'. And I'm like, 'Yeah, because this is actually what I look like'.
"I don't have lips, I don't have...but you would go on set and the director would be like, 'Everyone's doing the lips'...and you just do it because you're around those people.
"But when you put yourself in a normal environment, you realise my lips are weirdly big, these other women don't look like this! All of that stuff was easily $25,000 to $45,000 a year as well."
