Chris Martin reportedly teased '138 more shows' at Coldplay's penultimate Wembley Stadium show on Saturday, September 6.

In case you missed it, the British pop-rock group are performing at the UK's largest arena for the final time this year on Friday, September 12 (buy tickets on Seat Unique here).

But it appears the band aren't done yet.

According to multiple reports, the singer made a surprise announcement at their latest gig: "We have a break coming up, and we’ll announce the shows for 2027 soon. But we only have a few more this year, and then we’re gonna go and make this really special thing that we’ve been making for years and years and it’s really good."

The news has gone down well with fans, especially those who missed out on his UK run, with many speculating where Coldplay could play next.

On Reddit, one fan wrote: "At the Wembley concerts, there is a globe on the stage near the group, and it seems that Africa and Europe were displayed... Surely a clue for the rest, right?!"

Another shared, "I've heard about lots of shows in Spain, 11 I think, but I don’t know that much. We know they’ve got about 100 shows left. Wembley is obviously likely or the O2. They’ll probably do London and smaller city again, Manchester maybe. I definitely think the 11 shows are the same as Wembley and Hull, each show is an album."

One fan even heard rumours from a member of security at Wembley Stadium, as they said: "Security told us there will be UK dates in 2027 after night five, but couldn't say when."

LADbible has reached out to Coldplay's representatives for comment.

Chris Martin may make an announcement at their final gig and there's still time to be a part of the crowd. Find out everything you need to know below.

What happened with the Coldplay CEO?

According to multiple online reports, Astronomer's former Chief People Officer, Kristin Cabot, has filed for divorce from her husband, Andrew Cabot, following her now-notorious 'kiss cam' moment.

On July 15, Cabot was spotted in an embrace with married CEO of Astronomer, Andy Byron, on the jumbotron at a Coldplay concert.

The pair quickly hid from the camera, which led Chris Martin to joke that the pair were having an affair, which sparked widespread rumours online.

Three days after the viral event, Byron resigned, quickly followed by Cabot.
