As Oasis fans ready themselves for the mad dash for tickets on Saturday, there's been some confusion about when exactly they go on sale.

UK fans will hope to catch the Gallagher brothers' reunion as Liam and Noel have finally settled their differences it seems.

This comes after a whopping 14 tour dates for 2025 were announced, with more than a million tickets likely up for grabs.

They'll still sell out in minutes, so it's vital fans know when to spring into action to guarantee they'll see the Britpop icons live.

So, fans have been wondering why it seemed that Ireland tickets were available one hour before the UK dates.

The group announced that tickets were going on sale on Saturday (31 August) at 8AM IST/9AM BST.

"I might be going mad here, but isn’t Irish summer time the same as BST?" one fan commented.

"Like there’s no time difference between Ireland and the UK? So why is there two different times for tickets going on sale?"

"This is so weird," another added, while a third person thought: "It means a lot of UK people will try buy tickets for Ireland in case they don't get them later?"

"IST and BST are the same but Irish tickets are on sale at 8am. Not sure why they used different time zones, we're confused enough," someone else penned.

To clear things up, Ticketmaster confirmed to LADbible that the Ireland tickets will be going on sale one hour before the UK.

This means - if you're willing to make a bit of a trip of it - you'll actually have two chances to grab tickets.

This all won't concern you if you're lucky enough to get access to the pre-sale, as ballot registration opened for tickets yesterday (27 August).

Taking to X, the band wrote: “Register for the UK and Ireland 2025 tour pre-sale ballot.

“A ticket pre-sale will be held on Friday 30 August, ahead of Saturday’s general sale.

“To ensure the maximum number of fans have a fair opportunity to access tickets, applicants will be selected for the pre-sale via a ballot.

“Ballot registration is open now and will close at 7pm BST, this Wednesday 28 August.

“Successful applicants will receive an email with full access information the morning of Friday 30th August.

“Success in the ballot will not guarantee tickets.

“Tickets will be allocated on a first come first served basis.”

A second post from Oasis' X account noted that they were facing 'an extremely high volume of entries' and that confirmation emails 'may be delayed'.
