You may think that you've run out of binge-able series to sit and mindlessly watch for hours on end, but, of course, it doesn't take long for another show to fill the gap.

And it seems like there is a zombie series that many wouldn't have heard of before, but has been lauded endlessly by fans who have streamed it on Netflix.

Season one of the show was released in 2022.

The Korean coming-of-age apocalypse series was added to the streaming platform in January 2022 and clocked over 474 million hours in viewership on its first day alone.

It focuses on a group of high school students in the fictional city of Hyosan in South Korea, who try to survive after their school becomes ground zero of a zombie outbreak.

Following a horrific experiment carried out by a crazy science teacher at the school, the local school gets overrun with the undead, eventually spreading to the city as authorities struggle to contain them.

A group of students trapped in their place of education have to work and put their minds together to survive.

Amidst all this, they are dealing with the everyday problems of being a teenager, from angst to messy love triangles and bullying.

Named All Of Us Are Dead, the zombie series has an impressive critics score of 89 percent on Rotten Tomatoes following its 12-episode run for season one.

Ever since the series was dropped on Netflix over two years ago, fans all over social media have been begging for a second season to be released, and even though it was confirmed in June 2022, there has been no news of a release date yet.

It is expected that the series will be out at some point in 2024, but it's a matter of waiting for an official word from the streaming service themselves.

All the people want to see is more Gen Z zombies.

Fans are desperate for a second season of the apocalypse horror series.

The majority of users on Facebook Group Netflix Bangers have rated the series '10/10' when asked to rate it.
