David Harbour and Millie Bobby Brown reunited at the Stranger Things premiere yesterday, shortly after her alleged accusations against the actor went public.

The two have starred together in the huge Netflix hit since 2016, with Bobby Brown playing Eleven, while Harbour plays a fatherly role in the form of Chief Jim Hopper.

What has happened with David Harbour?

It's been a difficult few months for Harbour in the build-up to the final season of the show being released, as his split from Lily Allen was confirmed in September, with the 50-year-old confirming recently that he would 'change everything' if he could.

And while fans have eagerly been waiting for the past three years to finally see the conclusion of events in Hawkins, excitement for the show's final season has been somewhat overshadowed by the news surrounding Harbour, particularly after it was alleged by the Daily Mail that Bobby Brown had filed a bullying and harassment claim against him.

According to the outlet, there were several pages of accusations made by the 21-year-old star, and she also always had a personal representative on set as a result of the investigation.

What did Millie Bobby Brown say about David Harbour?

However, they were all smiles at the premiere in Los Angeles last night, sharing a hug and a laugh together, before both singing each other's praises in separate statements.

Bobby Brown told Entertainment Tonight: "I’ve obviously had a really special bond with David because we have a father and daughter relationship, and we do every scene together. You really get to see that in season 5.

"It’s been so special to have him along the journey for me. Winona, the kids. I’m really honoured to have played Eleven and have to met such amazing people along the way."

Speaking to Extra, Millie also said: "It’s been amazing. We’re so lucky to have each other. The show means so much to the both of us and to everyone here."

What was said at the Stranger Things premiere?

And it seems as if the two had nothing but admiration for each other last night, with filming now completed as fans prepare for what will no doubt be an epic ending to the series, which will arrive in three volumes on 26 November, 25 December and finally, 31 December.

David told ET: "I adore her, and I’ve been proud to watch all them grow up and become great artists. I doubt it will be the last time we’ll see each other in this world or work together."

Director Shawn Levy lso directly addressed the claims about bullying, insisting that his job as a producer is to ‘create a respectful workplace where everyone feels comfortable and safe’.

"We did everything to build that environment. And we’re proud of the fact that we did so."

The Duffer brothers have also spoken out about the claims, as they no doubt want to avoid any unnecessary distractions ahead of the culmination of over a decade's work on the show.

They said: "Obviously, you understand I can’t get into personal onset matters, but I will say we’ve been doing this for 10 years with this cast, and at this point they’re family and we deeply care about them.

“So, you know, nothing matters more than just having a set where everyone feels safe and happy.”

How fans feel about it

Understandably, there was plenty of reaction online among fans, who all had their own take on the actors' behaviour.

Dismissing any issue, one wrote: "I knew they loved each other and the rumours were fake. Thank God."

Echoing the positivity, another put: "Thank God the rumors were fake."

"Looks like those Millie Bobby Brown and David Harbour “beef” rumors were just that, a rumor," commented a third. "The two of them showed up together at the Stranger Things Season 5 premiere looking perfectly fine.

Not everyone was convinced, though.

Chiming in, one fan remarked: "Netflix said y'all better hug each other and smile."
