Forget Richard Hammond and James May - Jeremy Clarkson appears to have found himself an unlikely new sidekick.

The ever-opinionated broadcaster has traded in expensive cars for costly sheep in his new Amazon Prime Video series Clarkson's Farm, which sees him attempt to farm 1,000 acres of land in the Cotswolds.

The show has gone down a treat with viewers since it was released last week, and many think it is Kaleb who steals the show.

The young farmer is telly gold, and it is a joy to watch him disgustedly b*****k Clarkson for his shoddy work.

Kaleb has been hailed a 'star' by viewers.

In most aspects of life, you imagine 61-year-old Clarkson would be able to teach him a thing or two, but Kaleb clearly lives and breathes farming, and out in the rolling fields, Clarkson is totally out of his depth.

The end result makes for compelling viewing, and people have flooded Kaleb with praise on social media:

Clarkson's relative ineptitude is central to the show - and he is the first to admit that he hasn't a clue what he's doing when it comes to farming.

He told LADbible: "It's like when I lift the bonnet on a car. It's all just witchcraft, I have no idea what's going on.

"If I put you on a farm and said, 'Right, run that', nobody has a clue. You go and buy a loaf of bread, you have no idea, no idea how it was made. None of us do... Definitely a fish out of water is what I was."
