Sydney Sweeney's Euphoria storyline is continuing to infuriate viewers.
For those of you who haven't been keeping up with the latest season of the HBO drama, Cassie Jacobs (nee Howard) has embarked on a career as an OnlyFans influencer, playing into niche fetishes such as macrophilia and age play, as well as doing full frontal nudity as she continues to build up her subscribers.
The storyline has been divisive amongst viewers, with several real-life adult content creators calling out the depiction of Cassie's career, and this episode wasn't any different... However, this time it revolved less around what Cassie did and more around what she said.
In order to build her profile as a wannabe celebrity, Cassie does the rounds on a number of podcasts - including Trisha Paytas' Just Trish - and makes some choice comments when it comes to her political views.

During the interview Cassie claims that if a man were to say they wanted a woman who 'cooks or cleans' then they 'might as well be screaming the n-word' – presumably conflating backlash to a person using a racial slur with wanting a partner who follows traditional gender roles.
Paytas is shocked by the revelation, while a member of production says: "Well you sound like a Democrat."
"I'm not r*****ed," replies Cassie, while giggling.
The use of the R-word slur – which is an outdated and offensive way of referring to a person with developmental disabilities – left viewers stunned, with many taking to social media to share their reactions.
"I really hate how normalised it’s becoming again for people without any disabilities to say the r-slur, and it has absolutely everything to do with our current political climate," read one response, while a second wrote: "I literally just watched this part, I’m actually so shocked they put that in."
"I haven’t watched euphoria s3 but WHAT could cassie being on a podcast saying she’s maga possibly contribute to the story," added a third viewer.

Meanwhile, Paytas has since weighed in on the moment on social media, revealing on Instagram that she hadn't received a script ahead of the scene, meaning that her reactions were 'real'.
The scene has also led to previous controversy surrounding Sweeney and her American Eagle jeans ad to resurface. Last year, the Anyone But You actor appeared in an advert for the denim company, which saw her say the following line: "Genes are passed down from parents to offspring, often determining traits like hair colour, personality and even eye colour. My jeans are blue."
Many inferred the line to be bordering upon eugenics, leading to Donald Trump wading into the debate in support of Sweeney.
The actor later addressed the backlash, telling GQ: "I know who I am. I know what I value. I know that I’m a kind person.
"I did a jean ad. I mean, the reaction definitely was a surprise, but I love jeans."
