The amount of food the celebrities have access to in I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! is a huge part of the show.
It's pretty standard to hear the celebs moaning about their lack of supplies, and even when they do manage to secure a full 10 stars, it doesn't look like the biggest meal ever, does it?
So what exactly are the celebs eating? Is it as little as we are led to believe, or are the celebs getting secret rations? Well, if you assumed the celebrities were on way more food than what's shown, turns out they really are eating as little as it seems.
Apart from the evening meal, which is only guaranteed if a campmate wins stars, it's a small helping of rice and beans. Any treats received also have to be won in the daily challenges.

Revealing what a typical day looks like after a campmate comes home with zero stars in the kitty, 2019 contestant Roman Kemp - son of current campmate Martin Kemp - previously revealed via the Capital FM TikTok account that it really is just rice and beans.
In the clip, he tells the camera: "People always ask me the basic rations when you're in I'm A Celebrity, so this is it!
"Now, if no one wins any stars and you have nothing else in the day, this is all you will have," he adds, before revealing various packets of rice and beans.
"So each day you will get a little pack like this and inside each of these packets is a portion of beans and a portion of rice," he continued. "Now, obviously, if there are six people in camp, there will be six portions of rice and six portions of beans.
"This is basically your food for the rest of the day."
Presenters Ant and Dec themselves have even confirmed this to be true, sharing a video earlier in the year that revealed, during a fan Q&A, just how tiny the daily rice-and-beans packets are.
Holding two tiny bags up to the screen, Ant said: "This is all they get, per person, per day. So if they don't do very well in the trials, that's it."
Kemp isn't the only ex-campmate to reveal how dire the basic rations are either, with fellow season 19 contestant James Haskell admitting he even tried to bribe producers behind-the-scenes.
"I'm 100% being brutally honest with you," he said during an interview with The Social. "There is no extra food."
