Here is the reason why the cast of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! could all lose their appearance fee tonight.

On Sunday (16 November), I'm A Celeb lit up our TV screens once again, with famous faces including Jack Osbourne, Aitch and Alex Scott all heading Down Under and into the jungle to spend up to three weeks living amongst the creepy crawlies.

And let's be fair, spending three weeks eating cockroaches, living off rice and wearing the same uniform wouldn't be too bad when you consider how much campmates are earning for their time in the jungle.

Spoiler alert, none of them come close to Coleen Rooney's whopping £1.5 million appearance fee... Or how much they will earn, considering they follow one very important rule.

We're of course talking about is the 72-hour rule, which means that campmates must stay inside the jungle for a total of three days in order to earn their fee.

The rule is, of course, in place to stop celebrities from arriving Down Under, spending one night in camp, deciding it's not worth the hassle be and departing with a hefty paycheck in their back pocket.

Leave the jungle within a day or two and say goodbye to your appearance fee.

This means any campmates who leave during tonight's episode won't be taking home any cash for their troubles.

How much are the 2025 I'm A Celeb contestants being paid?

While spending several days living on basic rations in the Australian jungle may not seem appealing, the financial benefit certainly will, as the class of 2025 are earning tens (or even hundreds) of thousands for their troubles.

Eddie Kadi - £75,000

Kelly Brook - £80,000

Martin Kemp - £95,000

Ruby Wax - £95,000

Lisa Riley - £95,000

Shona McGarty - £95,000

AngryGinge - £100,000

Alex Scott - £100,000

Jack Osbourne -£200,000

Aitch - £250,000

Should he remain in the camp, Aitch will reportedly be this season's highest earner (ITV)

Has anyone left the jungle without getting their appearance fee?

Reality star and presenter Olivia Attwood was forced to leave the series prematurely in 2022 after spending 48 hours on the show.

It was later revealed that the 34-year-old left on medical grounds after it became apparent that she was suffering from anaemia and needed to undergo further testing.
