If you want to feel better about the sorry state of your love life, stick on an episode of Olivia Attwood's Bad Boyfriends.
The ITV series hosted by the former Love Island star is sure to cheer singletons up, as it offers a stark reminder of the reality of 21st century relationships.
Eight so-called 'bad boyfriends' are flown out for what they think is a lads holiday, only to find out they've actually been enrolled in a relationship bootcamp by their other halves.
And viewers think one of these blokes on the second series of Olivia Attwood's Bad Boyfriends has really taken the biscuit.
Contestant Dan Fletcher had quite a few skeletons in his closet which have now come to light since he's appeared on the show with his girlfriend, Ellie Craven.
The 22-year-old admitted to cheating on his partner of four years numerous times, which she explained has left her with 'bad anxiety' every time he goes on a night out.
"I'm always checking his location," Ellie, 22, told the cameras. "Because when he does cheat now, I just cry. I just find it so sad and empty...the fact that he can do that to someone that loves him so much."
Ellie Craven has found out about a series of betrayals made by boyfriend Dan Fletcher (ITV) However, she then added: "I do think Dan is the one. I can't picture myself with anyone else. I genuinely do think he's got it in him to change. But whether he'll put his head to it or not is the test."
What do they say about leopards and their spots again?
Anyway, Ellie's found out about quite a few brutal betrayals on Olivia Attwood's Bad Boyfriends - including how her fella made her and her mum wait in a car for four hours while he bonked someone at a festival in the UK.
On top of that, Attwood exposed him as a serial Instagram liker after having a look at his mobile phone.
She revealed that out of the last 50 posts he had reacted to on the social media platform, '34 were girls' - and one of them was fellow contestant Izzy.
When given the opportunity to explain himself, Dan said: "It's not even like I look at them...I'm just on Instagram at work, I'm just like at work bored randomly tapping away.
"So sometimes, it might just be some random girl I don't even know."
Although these revelations alone would be enough for some women to kick him to the kerb, viewers really couldn't believe their eyes when a video documenting Dan's lack of loyalty to Ellie was played.
The 22-year-old lad was filmed 'begging' a girl for a kiss (ITV) One of the most mortifying moments came when footage of him flirting with another woman and telling her he had been 'single for six months' was shown to the contestants.
Before the clip began playing, he sheepishly told Ellie: "'Just close your eyes."
It showed how he asked to plant his lips on a woman after arriving on what he thought was a lads holiday at the start of the series.
While out on the town, he asks a female reveller: "If you were here without your mum, would you pull me? If she wasn't here, would you?"
Gesturing to his cheek, Dan adds: "Maybe? I don't get a little peck? Just a little peck here? Right here?"
When the woman offers him a kiss on the cheek, he then kisses her on the lips.
Attwood pointed out that he looked 'pretty mortified' after seeing his behaviour on screen, to which Dan said: "I have no words. I do think I went a bit too far.
"Begging for the peck, to be fair. I didn't know all the other boys had girlfriends."
In a confessional, Dan said he 'regrets seeing Ellie how she was' after watching the flirty footage of him, adding: "It's not nice."
Despite repeatedly being unfaithful, the Cornwall lad insists he 'genuinely loves' his partner, even though it 'might not seem like it'.
While confronting Dan about his conduct in the clip, Ellie fumed: "You wanted to impress the boys. Be a man, Dan. Stop being a little boy now. It's time to grow up."
Elsewhere, the cast of the show were left stunned after another contestant admitted that he had cheated on his former girlfriend 'over 100 times'.
