Jamie Lynn Spears has broken her silence after quitting I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!
The singer and actor followed Grace Dent's exit from the show earlier this week, who also left the programme on medical grounds.
The Masterchef star said her departure from I'm A Celeb was 'one of the saddest things in my life'.

Dent's statement said: "My dear campmates, I’m so sorry to let you down. I have left the camp for medical reasons. My heart is broken, I have loved and enjoyed getting to know you all.
“You’ve held me up and it’s been a pleasure being your friend through this experience. Leaving you all at this stage will be one of the saddest things in my life. I love you all. Your friend, Miss Grace Dent.”
Meanwhile, Nella Rose - who also paid a visit to the medics before Spears made her exit - has returned to camp.
An ITV spokesperson said of the Zoey 101 star's sudden departure: "Jamie Lynn Spears has left I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! on medical grounds.
"She's been a fantastic campmate who has triumphed at trials and bonded well with her fellow celebrities."
Taking to Instagram today (30 November), pop star Britney's younger sister broke her silence.
She said: "I can’t wait to share with y’all everything about this once in a lifetime experience, but I don’t even know where to start when trying to describe what an incredibly special time and place I had with some of the absolute best humans I have ever met and consider family now.
"THANK YALL for welcoming me into your living rooms night after night, and for supporting me through all the highs and lows.
"I’m am so grateful for this show, and all of the wonderful people apart of it! I will be taking some time to recovery and spend time with my family, but looking forward to sharing all about my journey on @imacelebrity with everyone!
"LOVE YALLLL ."
Spears joins a list of celebs who have had to leave I'm A Celeb on 'medical grounds' over the years.
Back in 2022, Love Island's Olivia Attwood left very early into the series after just 24 hours.
Other stars to exit in the past include Lady Colin Campbell in 2015, Richard Madeley in 2021 and Brian Conley in 2012.
