Myleene Klass revealed the real story behind the infamous white bikini she wore in the ‘Jungle Shower’.
It’s been 19 years, but the Hear’Say singer’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! scene is still one of the show’s most memorable and viral moments.
After Klass’ time under that famously frosty water in the camp, the shower scene became a bit of a staple of the ITV show. And it led to Kelly Brook issuing a bit of a plea to viewers before she entered this year’s series.
The 45-year-old had her first go in the jungle shower during last night’s (20 November) episode following a dip in the creek earlier in the week. But before she did so, Brook spoke to Klass to prepare herself as the former campmate revealed how she ended up in that white bikini in the first place.

Still talked about to this day, Klass was in the 2006 series of I’m A Celeb alongside the likes of Dean Gaffney, Matt Willis and David Gest when she braved the cold jungle shower.
And before heading into the All-Stars spin-off camp in 2023, she admitted that while ‘it does look glamorous’ from the snap of her in there, ‘it certainly didn’t feel like it’.
“There are worse things to be known for than being really clean!” the now 47-year-old added.
To be fair, the white bikini itself ended up pretty well known, going on to be auctioned for charity for a mega £7,500.

However, Klass admitted that it was actually a bit of a last-minute purchase before she headed into camp.
“I remember one of the show's producers looking at my bikinis in the hotel before I went to camp. One was covered in stripes, and they said, ‘We’ll have to stop at the shops as that’s probably going to strobe on camera’,” she recalled.
"I ran into the shop en route to the jungle and asked the shop assistant for the plainest bikini she had. Best $40 I ever spent!"

With her first shower scene airing on I'm A Celeb last night, Brook revealed she had spoken to Klass before heading into the jungle as she said it would be ‘very difficult to try and recreate’ a moment like hers.
And the former Page Three model urged viewers to accept how she looks nowadays.
“Obviously, I am not a 20-year-old bikini model anymore. You know, life changes and your body changes,” the 45-year-old told the Mirror.
"And I just hope people are accepting of me and how I look now, and not comparing me to how I used to look.
"You know, I am a very different person. I am older, but I am still strong and I am still fit, and that is the most important thing."
