For the first time since 2020, we finally have a new winner of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?.
Roman Dubowski absolutely smashed it out of the park last night (26 April) when he correctly answered the final 15th question.
That makes the retired IT analyst only the seventh person to win the £1 million jackpot on the UK version of the game show since 2000.
And the Manchester-born bloke has big plans for his mega winnings, hoping to buy a new house and travel to places like New Zealand and South America.

After the ‘unreal’ experience of winning the ITV game show, hosted by Jeremy Clarkson, Dubowski had to ‘have a cup of tea’ afterwards to let things settle in.
He put on a pretty impressive display too, as after getting through all the others, as soon as he heard the final Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? question, he thought to himself ‘I think I know this’ straight away.

Dubowski on his big win
Describing the all-important final question, the winner said: “When it came up… I thought, I think I know this straight away.”
Dubowski, who does quizzing as a hobby, explained he had seen the Manet painting – called A Bar at the Folies-Bergere – at The Courtauld Gallery in London.
The bloke said he could 'distinctly' remember seeing a red triangle on the painting, which 'has always been the symbol of Bass beer'.
He ended up using the 50/50 lifeline (having only used one other lifeline) to answer the question and said that when the answers were narrowed down to Coca-Cola and Bass Ale, he thought 'well I may as well go for it' and got it right with Bass Ale..
Dubowski explained that Clarkson had given him some 'very good' advice about using the 50/50 lifeline which had 'stayed with me throughout the show'.
The host apparently told him that the lifeline should be used when you have got an 'inkling' that one or two of the answers are correct.
Asked to describe how he felt when he answered that final question correctly, he said: “It felt unreal… it didn’t feel like the real world, almost, this isn’t where I expected to be. It didn’t sink in until later.”
And after winning, he said: “I did sort of go home quietly, to be honest, I didn’t get drunk – I had to have a cup of tea.
“I think it was just sitting in a quiet room and letting it all sink in, and thinking about what happened in the previous 24 hours.”
