Brits are starting to get their Christmas shopping finished up by now, allowing just enough time to have a browse of the booze selection which is undoubtedly going to be supped dry this year.

The mulled wine and Baileys have already been bought in bulk, but it's worth keeping an eye out for what else is on offer too - like this drink which has been dubbed a 'must have' by shoppers.

People are desperate to get their hands on the bevvy before 25 December rolls around, which has been described as a 'Baby Guinness in a single bottle' as it's sure to impress guests over the festive period.

It's 15.5 percent ABV as well, so it will certainly send you on your merry way.

Without further ado, let's introduce you to the Sheridan's Coffee Layered Liqueur that everyone is talking about.

Besides the fact it comes in a super cool dual chambered bottle, it apparently tastes absolutely mint as well.

The product is made up of two separate bottles - one of a delicious coffee and whisky liqueur and another of a smooth milk white chocolate and vanilla cream. Scrumptious.

You can simply spin the bottle upside down and start pouring; combining both of the flavours together to create a super Christmassy drink with notes of nut.

But if you fancy pushing the boat out a bit, you can give mixology a go and create a lovely little shot for yourself.

Brits are going wild for Sheridan's Coffee Layered Liqueur.

By covering one of the holes, you can pour each component separately and play around with the flavours and intensity.

But if you're really clever, you can use your Sheridan's Coffee Layered Liqueur to make your own version of a Baby Guinness - without having to reach for the Baileys like you normally do.

The Irish firm say that when layered in the correct proportions, your drink will 'resemble a terrific Irish coffee' - but people have discovered it also looks like the perfect miniature stout too.

A TikTok user known as ManCave Bartender shared a video of him trying the stuff, pouring it in two glasses both ways to show the difference, which proved a hit with social media users.

He captioned the clip: "Baby Guinness in a bottle! How do you pour your Sheridan's Coffee Layered Liqueur?"

Looks pretty good that...

People were already sold after reading the caption - but the drinks whizz did admit there is something he needs to fess up to in the comment section.

He wrote: "I'm not saying it's the same taste, but it looks like a Baby Guinness."

Regardless of the differing flavours, the drink certainly looks the part and many people said they were adding it to their baskets, while others said they were glad to be reminded of the Sheridan's drink.

One wrote: "Now I want a Baby Guinness."

Another said: "I love this stuff! Tried to get it last Christmas but couldn't find it anywhere."

A third wrote: "I've actually tried this and it's one of my favourites."

And a fourth added: "I didn't know they still made this! There was a bottle in every family members house at Xmas when I was a kid in the 90s."
