Couples say they’ve discovered aphrodisiac chocolates that will make you want to ‘rip each other’s clothes off’ after just one bite.

With rave reviews online, the seemingly innocent-looking box of chocolates are being gobbled up in a bid to boost sex lives across the country, and it’s not hard to see why.

“Something felt fun and naughty about consuming something which could make us both lose control and want to rip each other's clothes off,” one five-star review reads. “The sex felt amazing, because the experience was memorable and different to our usual sessions.”

“The laughter and excitement was something we have sometimes ignored when we have such busy lives, and it felt like being young and free again. These are a perfect choice for couples looking to add a bit of excitement to their time together.”

Another customer was just as enthusiastic, as they wrote: “These chocolates are a sweet, sensuous, and fruity way to enjoy a little sexual pick-me-up, and they definitely had the desired effect in terms of cocoa-boosting our bonking!”

A third customer simply said, “Brilliant for date night. These really helped to set the mood and were surprisingly delicious.”

So, what do aphrodisiac chocolates taste like?

Designed to ‘tickle and tease’ the taste buds, there are three flavours to choose from: Madagascan Vanilla, Black Raspberry, and Hot Honey. According to the brand, you should only consume half a chocolate per day, due to its horny contents.

The taste has impressed customers, too. One raved, “The ingredients are very high quality, usually these sorts of items and supplements tend to taste a bit like cheap calendar chocolate, but you can taste, smell, and feel that the makers do actually care.”

“The whole package is a true adventure for the senses. You can only have half a piece daily - I think this may be because of the inclusion of Ashwagandha, Arjuna, and Maca Root. This trio will guarantee both your mood to heighten, your body to relax, and your cardiovascular health to benefit. All three will give a great sexual experience.” Well, there you have it.

Do aphrodisiac chocolates actually work?

As mentioned above, the chocolates contain Ashwagandha and Maca Root. According to multiple studies, these powerful natural ingredients have been shown to increase libido and sexual function in some people. Whether or not they will work for you can’t be confirmed until you give them a try, but you’re sure to have fun regardless - even if it’s placebo effect, right?

Where to buy the aphrodisiac chocolates everyone is talking about

At the time of writing this, the aphrodisiac chocolates have only just come back in stock, so you’ll need to hurry if you’re keen. The Playmate Aphrodisiac Chocolates (100g) are available to purchase on the Lovehoney website.
