If one of your New Year's resolutions was to eat healthier then you may want to look away as McDonald's is a launching a brand-new menu for 2024.

The fast-food chain is, once again, having a bit of a shuffle with some of its menu items with Maccies fans all over able to sample all the new scran later this week (4 January).

While it is now almost time to say our farewells to the Christmas menu, there will be five items set to make a much-welcomed comeback seeing as they are old favourites for McDonald's lovers.

The Steakhouse Stack is making a comeback.

It's all about out with the old and in with the new as we prepare to say bye-bye to The Big & Cheesy, Chicken Big Mac and other festive treats.

However, to really kick off the New Year with a bang and banish those January blues, McDonald's will be bringing back the Steakhouse Stack.

The hefty burger, which will set you back £5.49 if you want it by itself or £7.19 if you'd like it as part of a meal, was one of the chain's most popular burgers of 2023.

Cheesy Garlic Bites are back on the menu once again.

Comprised of two beef patties, a slice of cheddar cheese, crispy onions, red onions, and lettuce topped with a creamy peppercorn sauce, all in a toasted sesame seeded bun - it's no wonder why McDonald's has decided to bring this one back.

Next up on the rundown is a lightly lighter option, the Fajita Chicken Wrap which first launched back in 2020.

The brand-new recipe includes two sauces - a creamy fajita sauce and tomato salsa - to lather up the wrap packed with onions, cheese and shredded lettuce all cosied up in a soft, toasted tortilla wrap with a choice of grilled or crispy chicken for £3.49.

If you're more on the snacky side, then look no further than the Cheesy Garlic Bites - with a pack of five for £2.59 or a sharing box for £6.79.

A Cadbury Caramel McFlurry if you're after something sweet.

The bites, which combine a blend of mozzarella and Emmental cheese in a garlic herb coating, first debuted on the menu back in June 2021 and have since made a return several times.

And if you're in the mood for a sweet treat then the Dairy Milk and Dairy Milk Caramel McFlurry may be more your vibe coming in at £1.99 for the regular size or £1.49 for a smaller version.

To make room for all the new additions, McDonald's will be removing the Big and Cheesy along with the Chicken BigMac, while the Cheese Melt Dippers and a bunch of McFlurry flavours will also be shown the door.

The new McDonald's menu will be available in all restaurants from 11am this Thursday (4 January).
