When the clock strikes 3pm, the office biscuit tin is all we can think about - only to be left slumped over our desk for the rest of the afternoon.

But people say they’ve found a ‘life changing’ hack to curb pesky sugar cravings and it costs less than £1.

The ‘genius’ invention is designed to make regular tap water taste like your favourite fruit juice and comes in flavours such as watermelon, berry, peach, lemon, and lime.

Made from 100% natural ingredients, the gadget in question is a simple sticker that you apply near the nose of your water bottle for a fruity hit with every sip.

Now, we know what you’re thinking, how on earth does it work? Well, the brand’s AromaWeave technology boasts natural aromas that will trick your brain into thinking you’re drinking fizzy pop or juice - without the inevitable sugar crash.

Each sticker offers up to eight hours of aroma, so you can fight the urge for a can or bar of chocolate at any time of day, whether you’re in the office or on holiday.

What are people saying about the budget hack?

Parents out there will be pleased to know the stickers are safe for the whole family to use and will help little ones stay hydrated without too many complaints.

One parent’s five-star review reads: “My six-year-old used to hate drinking plain water, but after trying these stickers, it’s a whole different story. She now proudly carries her water bottle everywhere, saying it smells like strawberries! It’s such a relief to see her enjoying hydration without any sugary drinks.”

A second shopper agreed, saying the invention has helped them to curb sugar cravings. “These stickers are pure genius! I pop one on my water bottle, and suddenly, plain water tastes like a refreshing fruit punch. Hydration has never been this fun - and I feel good knowing there’s no sugar or artificial stuff involved.”

Each pack boasts 18 stickers, which will stay fresh for up to 12 months. To use the stickers, all you need to do is peel the sticker off and place it near the nose of any water bottle. When you take a sip, you’ll inhale the sweet scent of your choice. Simple.

The brand everyone is talking about also sells stickers for a number of other common problems, from preventing mosquito bites and tackling anxiety to falling asleep with ease.
