Man with world’s smallest manhood issues update after being offered life-changing procedure
The man with the self-proclaimed smallest penis in the world could be about to make a big change to his life.
Michael Phillips, 38, has spoken openly about his micropenis in hope of destigmatizing the rare medical condition, with his member measuring approximately 0.38 inches.
The average penis size is between 5.1 and 5.5 inches, according to Healthline.
But Michael, from North Carolina, is set to change that as he has scheduled in a procedure that could be life-changing for him.

Michael told TMZ that he has an appointment with a doctor in Charlotte, North Carolina, booked in for August 17, with his first steps to transformation just days away.
It's report that Michael will have a semi-permanent dermal filler injection which is designed to increase the girth of his penis.
Michael has raised the money for the procedure
Michael's condition isn't just a problem sexually, but causes him huge issues when going for a wee.
He's even been advised to wear nappies to avoid making a mess.
Writing in his GoFundMe plea, he said: "My name is Michael Phillips, and I am reaching out for help with a deeply personal medical challenge.
"I have a condition called Micropenis which causes me to be only 0.38 inches, which has made everyday tasks like using the restroom without making a mess is extremely difficult for me.
"Because of this, my doctor has advised that I must use pull-ups unless I can pursue a medical procedure to help increase the size and improve my ability to urinate.
"This has been a source of daily frustration and embarrassment, especially when traveling, which I like to do, and it has affected my confidence and independence."
'It would make a significant difference in my daily life'
Michael was initially hoping to raise $6,000, a target that was quickly smashed and now sits on over $13,500.
Further explaining how much the procedure would help change his life, Michael continued: "I have worked hard to save as much as I can toward the cost of surgery and injections that could help increase the girth and allow me to use the restroom more normally.
"However, I still need additional support to cover the full cost of the procedure. While this procedure will not cure my micropenis condition, it would make a significant difference in my daily life by helping me avoid the need for pull-ups and regain some normalcy and comfort.
"I'm reaching out to anyone who understands how challenging this situation can be. Your support would mean the world to me and help me take a big step toward living with more dignity and independence. Thank you for your kindness and for considering a donation to my fundraiser."
He initially considered having a surgery but opted out over potential health risks and has gone down the injection route instead.
Michael was medically diagnosed with a micropenis and has previously compared his size to the fingernail on his pinky finger.
Speaking on his diagnosis, Michael told The Sun: “I went to the doctor about four or five months ago with concerns over my penis size. I was informed there is a condition called a micropenis.
“I was referred to a urologist. I was always aware it had been small, but wasn't aware there was a condition for it."
