Many celebs have opened up about using medications such as Ozempic for weight loss, and Greg Davies is the latest to be candid about how it made him feel.

The Taskmaster star recently lost three stone while taking the GLP-1 medication, which was originally created and licensed for the management of type 2 diabetes.

However, in recent years it has soared in popularity due to the the 'off-label' weight management side effects.

Alongside Davies, stars like Meghan Trainor, Amy Schumer, Serena Williams and even Jeremy Clarkson, have all shared their experiences with taking the likes of Ozempic, Mounjaro and Wegovy.

Davies sat down for an interview with The Times, and said even though he'd lost three stone, he wasn't happy with his results.

"Three stone fell off me, but I didn’t really like it, it made me a bit gaunt," he confessed.

After he stopped using them, The Inbetweeners star said he regained around half of the weight he lost, but acknowledged they'd had what he claims was a lasting impact on his appetite.

"My appetite’s never gone back to the way it was. I can’t ram things in the way I used to," he said.

Now, a graphic simulation has shown exactly how GLP-1 medication works, and the impact it can have on your body after taking it.

Made by Zack D. Films, his creations are known for eye-wateringly accurate details and often visceral imagery, especially where the bowels and digestion are concerned.

Don't say we didn't warn you...

The voiceover for the video says: "Once Ozempic is in your bloodstream, it activates the parts of the brain that make you feel full, reducing your appetite," he said in the clip.

"It also stabilises your blood sugar, stopping sudden cravings.

"Then it slows down how fast your stomach empties food, which keeps you feeling full for longer after a meal.

"This causes you to lose weight as you eat less.

"But it can make some people feel sick and even give them diarrhoea."

The YouTuber delightfully illustrates this fact with imagery of the character, erm, not making it to the toilet in time.

Lovely.

Viewers weren't thankful for the shock: "Last scene was NOT NEEDED Zack."

"OMG THE LAST SCENE WAS SUCH A SURPRISE STOP," a second said.

Another joked that the video was a good diet method by itself: "Tbh, watching Zack’s animations make me lose my appetite more than Ozempic."

Zack's reputation proceeded him for this fan: "Zack’s never ending love for poop or diarrhea never ends."

Now you know!
