A man known for sharing his 20-minute workouts online just tried Tom Holland's brutal fitness routine.
Spider-Man star Holland recently revealed that his preferred way of working out is to do a CrossFit routine referred to as 'Cindy'.
What is the 'Cindy' workout routine?
Despite the unusual name, Cindy is pretty straightforward.
The routine lasts for 20 minutes and involves doing as many rounds of five pull-ups, 10 push-ups, and 15 air squats as possible.

Hey, I said it was straightforward, not easy.
"It's great," Holland told Men's Health of the routine. "You don't have to think about anything, you just count your rounds.
"I think my record is 27 rounds," he added.
So that's 135 pull-ups, 270 push-ups and 405 squats within 20 minutes...

And this is apparently a routine which Holland prefers to do on a day when he's low on time.
On a day where he's feeling particularly tired, the-30-year-old does 'one round on the minute every minute', which comes out at 20 rounds.
Again, this is a workout he does to save time.
Man recreates Tom Holland's Cindy workout routine at home
While the rest of us are left scratching our heads and wondering how on earth Holland is doing so many push-ups, pull-ups and squats, content creator Skye Mackintosh, known as 'Daily Reps Guy' on TikTok and Instagram, decided it was a great idea for him to try it out.
Sharing a video of himself trying out the routine while dressed in a replica Spider-Man costume, Skye joked that him trying out the routine felt 'inevitable' before getting to work in a makeshift gym.
After 13 rounds, Skye was noticeably tired but pushed on to finish with 24 rounds.
"Tom Holland, you're a beast," he said after the workout, explaining that he has previously only ever done 'every minute on the minute'.
Fancy trying out the Cindy workout to see how you measure up against the content creator and Holland himself? All you need is a pull-up bar and space to do a push-up and squat.
Who is 'Daily Reps Guy'?
Sky Mackintosh built a sizeable following online after seeing a photo of himself in 2024 which he didn't recognise, following a period of casual weight gain.
In order to hold himself accountable to his new fitness goals, the 31-year-old created accounts on Instagram and TikTok, telling Business Insider he believed it would provide the pressure needed to follow through.
"I knew that if I put my fitness journey online, I wouldn't be able to face the embarrassment of not following through on my word.
"I chose 20 minutes because 30 isn't always achievable, and 10 didn't seem to be enough. My wife and I are going to have more kids, and then I'll have grandkids, and who knows where my career will take me. But regardless of what's going on, I figure I'll always have 20 minutes."

351 days later, and the dedication has certainly paid off for Skye, who now has a noticeably ripped physique.
Skye has also overhauled his diet, which includes knocking back a chocolate protein drink made with five servings of liquid egg whites as well as help from AI when it comes to finding the best restaurants for his dietary needs.
