Why is it that some people soar through life without any major injuries, whereas others deserve a loyalty card for their local A&E department?
One TikTok creator has shared a theory online about those who walk among us having never broken a bone.
Whether you're an extreme sports fanatic or are just generally clumsy, chances are you've possibly broken even more than one.
It's all too easy to take a tumble, especially with some the gruesome injuries we see at the likes of the Winter Olympics.

Some people manage to maim themselves just tripping over their own feet!
Sara's Weird World on TikTok is known for loving a good conspiracy theory, and she has shared three possible reasons which she believes explains why you, or someone you know, have never broken a bone.

Spiritual protection
Sara believes there's a higher power, or divine intervention protecting people who have never broken a bone.
Sucks for everyone else then, it seems.
Are you one of the chosen ones?
She says: 'they are protected by spiritual protection. Almost untouchable in a weird sense. Protected by the higher powers.'
There is also some biblical roots to this, as there is a passage in Psalms 34:19-20 which reads: "The righteous person may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them all; he protects all his bones, not one of them will be broken."
Many commenters also claim that Jesus didn't have any bones broken during the crucifixion.
Good karma
The next theory Sara has is that it comes down to good karma.
So if you've broken a bone, not only does this theory mean you've not got anyone watching over you, but you've got some bad vibes going. Lovely.
Sara says: "The theory is that these types of people possess good karma, which they've earned by doing actions and kind deeds.
"This protects the individuals from coming to any harm."
She doesn't explain why young children or babies sometimes break bones then, when they are the innocents of the world, but that might be a plot hole

Past life
Sara believes that if you had a terrible past life, you're more likely to be blessed with good fortune in the next.
She says: "It is said that those people in this life who have never broken a bone may have experienced significant trauma in a past life. So, the theory suggests that they are being spared from having similar experiences in this life."
Expert opinion
Unsurprisingly, doctors don't agree with these theories.
Dr Suhail Hussain spoke to LADbible about this and said: "We all know people who seem to trip and fall frequently but then bounce back up, and laugh it off."
"Conversely, someone else trips over a curb and ends up in a cast. So why does this happen? Turns out, it’s not all random or down to divine protection."
He said it comes down to 'a mix of your genes, lifestyle, and even what you eat', which can determine whether your bones are 'weaker or stronger'.
"Some of us are naturally more prone to thinner bones — and those can snap more easily under pressure," he added.
