Christmas is just over two weeks away now and the excitement is well and truly building.
If you've managed to do all your shopping and the turkey is just waiting to be cooked, then December can be a nice relaxing work as you wind down from work and sit down in front of the telly with some festive classics.
Although people aren't too happy with the TV schedules on Christmas Day itself, you've still got the option of catching up with old favourites like Home Alone, or maybe you're just focused on the next drop of Stranger Things episodes.
One staple of the Christmas countdown has been advent calendars, with people now choosing between the classic chocolate ones and slightly pricier ones, which include things like fragrances or cheeses. Even my dog's got one this year.

But while I'm still personally recovering from the trauma of the Celebrations calendar a few years back, where they gave me nothing but Bountys for the first few days, some people with a bit of extra income might treat themselves to one of the 'world's most expensive' calendars from Harrods.
YouTuber Robbie Knox certainly has experience in this matter, after shelling out £700 on Christmas crackers in 2024, and he's also shared a video showing off Harrods' £250 calendar - called 'The Food Halls Advent Calendar'.
For that price, you'd be hoping to get Father Christmas himself behind one of the doors but after doing a review with fellow YouTuber JaackMaate, it seems as if they were left a little disappointed by more than a few of the items inside.
The pair went through all 25 doors in one sitting, often lamenting the amount of tea and chocolate, which seems strange considering 90 percent of advent calendars feature nothing but sweet treats.
The YouTubers seemed to agree that the Harrods bear, which could be hung on a Christmas tree, was probably the best of the gifts, while they weren't too happy with the duplicate gold chocolate bar or the various types of tea.
Overall, after putting a price on each individual item, Jack priced it at £85 and Robbie at £116, which suggests that they didn't think it was worth the hefty price tag.
Here's everything they found inside The Food Halls Advent Calendar:
