Fast food reviewer Burgerlad says the item is priced at £1.49, which is more than welcoming.
Fast food expert Robert Brown tried the CBF at a Bracknell restaurant and had the following to say: "I thought it was very nice. The bacon was streaky rather than the back bacon they normally have on breakfast items. It did get lost somewhat amongst the cheese but it was still good.

A spokesman for McDonald's said: "This new product went in to test on the 8 March and we are really excited about following the feedback closely. Wider roll out will depend on the success of the trial and analysis of customer feedback and their appetites for it.
"Watch this space."
