McDonald's Australia Doing Free Delivery Every Weekend Until End Of June

Millions of people have switched to ordering food online during the coronavirus lockdown - and now McDonald's Australia is trying to make things a little easier by offering free delivery on orders over $25 on weekends.

Usually the fast food company holds back this deal for special occasions, but it looks like the offer will run until the end of June.

Jen Evans, Head of Home Delivery at McDonald's Australia, said: "We know our customers enjoy having their Macca's delivered contact-free straight to their door, and that our recent free delivery promotion has been a hit with our fans.

"We're excited to announce that starting this Friday, we're extending our free delivery offer.

"We'll be waiving delivery fees on McDelivery orders of $25 or more that are placed via the Uber Eats app, across every weekend for the rest of May and throughout June.

"To get their free delivery, our customers just need to order McDelivery via the Uber Eats app, spend $25 or more and enter the weekly promo code.

"For this weekend the code's MACCAS2U - but make sure you check out our Facebook page each Friday to find out the new code you need."

Every. Goddamn. Weekend.

Now you can get your mum just what she wants for Mother's Day: a large Big Mac meal. She'll appreciate that you didn't have to pay for the delivery - which is what every mum wants, right?

You'll have to head to the McDonald's Australia Facebook page every week to collect the special code and then you're on your way to chowing down on some delicious Macca's without having to pay for delivery.
