Hey! If you’re thinking of getting a takeaway this evening – Friday, that is – then you might want to listen to this offer, because JustEat are giving away a load of freebies every Friday until the end of the year.

The headline item that you could be getting for nowt here is the McDonald’s McNuggets, but there are loads of other things too, including added extras for your weekly shop that might just save you a few bob here and there.

OK, we just want to know about the takeaway stuff first, don’t we?

Starting today – 15 September – if you order something on JustEat that comes in at above a certain minimum order, you’ll receive a freebie tacked onto your order as well.

These freebies include things like McNuggets, PizzaExpress Dough Balls, Hot Wings from Popeyes, and even tortellini pasta from Co-op.

There’s something for everyone, really.

JustEat's Freebie Friday means free McNuggets when you spend a certain amount.

Termed ‘Freebie Friday’, it allows everyone who uses the JustEat app to enjoy a bit of a treat for themselves at the end of a hard working week.

Or, just a little treat regardless, because why the f*** not?

As well as the above listed stuff, other freebies include Krispy Kreme Doughnut Bites, The Real Greek Halloumi Fries, LEON Waffle Fries, The Breakfast Club Hash browns, and Franco Manca's Garlic Bread with Mozzarella.

Burger King is also involved offering some Chilli Cheese Bites as a freebie.

But if you’ve decided to be sensible and order some shopping instead, there are free red grapes from Sainsbury’s, a free Ginster’s Cornish Pasty from Asda, one litre of Pepsi Max No Sugar from Iceland, or the aforementioned pasta from Co-op.

You can check the freebies on offer by using the app, as the participating restaurants and shops will change over the coming months until the end of the promotion at the end of 2023.

When you’re in the app, you won’t even have to do anything, because once the minimum spend is met you’ll be presented with the option to add on whatever freebie is available to you.

It’s that simple.

However, while the McNuggets offer will only last until October, everything else will be available until the end of the year.

The minimum spends vary quite a bit between restaurants, but if you want to get something from McDonald’s, it’s £15 for the McNuggets – six of them – or £10 for a free hash brown.

The rest of the shops and restaurants range from around £15 to £25 as a minimum spend, but you can look it all up on the JustEat website or their app.

It’s always nice to get a bit of something extra though, right?
