A man who has lost around three stone while on Mounjaro has described a side effect he's finding particularly 'strange'.
Robert explained that he had been taking the weight loss drug for six months and shed some serious weight in the process, which he said had left him 'absolutely over the moon'.
There have been some ups and downs over that time where his weight had fluctuated but he'd been having a good time and it left him feeling 'really positive'.
While he still found time to treat himself to the odd Sunday dinner every now and then, Robert explained that he and his partner were doing the weight loss journey together as she was nearing the two-and-a-half stone marker.

He explained he was finding it difficult to consume more than between 1,500 and 1,800 calories a day and felt like he didn't need to eat if he wasn't hungry.
However, now he's up to a dosage of 10mg of Mounjaro, Robert said he'd started feeling 'really sick' after some of his meals.
He was hoping to find out if anyone else on the weight loss drug was feeling the same, explaining that he was a type 2 diabetic and was wondering if there was anyone else feeling the same way as him.
"It's a strange one for me because I don't usually feel sick," Robert explained.
"It's not like a constant thing, you know when you feel sick in the pit of your stomach? Mine feels like it's in my chest and it's ready to shoot out like a projectile. Sorry to be so graphic."
Nausea is a common side effect of Mounjaro, and Robert was keen to stress that other than this feeling he was 'good, positive and happy'.
Overall he said that was 'feeling in a good place again' and explained that looking at the scales and seeing he was making progress was a good feeling.
He reckons that shedding three stone in six months would be a good weight loss goal that would mark steady progress.
As more people have been using the weight loss drugs there's been more people to have experience with the possible side effects.
Pretty much no drug is side effect-free and Robert sounded like he was pretty happy with being on Mounjaro despite feeling sick from time to time.
