This is a life-threatening emergency, also known as a myocardial infarction, which requires speedy medical intervention for the best chances of survival.

Heart attacks occur when the supply of blood to the heart is blocked, usually by a blood clot, according to the NHS.
People who smoke, have high blood pressure or cholesterol, are living with overweight or obesity, suffer from diabetes or have a close relative who's experienced one are at a higher risk of experiencing one.
Symptoms of a heart attack can include:
- Chest pain which may feel like crushing or squeezing on your chest - the pain may also spread to your arm, neck and jaw
- Feeling short of breath
- Feeling sick (nausea) or being sick (vomiting)
- Feeling like you have indigestion – you may have a burning feeling in your chest and feel full or bloated
- Sweating
- Pale, blue or grey skin – on black or brown skin this may be easier to see on the palms of the hands
The British Heart Foundation (BHF) also explains that symptoms can 'vary from person to person', adding that 'it's possible to have a heart attack without experiencing all these symptoms, and it’s important to remember everyone experiences pain differently'.
"Quick treatment to get the blood flowing to your heart muscle again is important," the UK cardiovascular research charity says. "This can reduce the amount of permanent damage to your heart and save your life."

Muldoon rose to fame in the 90s after bagging the role of Jeffrey 'Jeff' Hunter in Saved by the Bell before going on to play Austin Reed on the US soap opera Days of Our Lives.
He also appeared in popular shows such as Melrose Place, before later starring in films such as Starship Troopers, Badge of Honor, Arkansas and The Comeback Trail.
In his final Instagram post which he shared on Saturday (18 April), Muldoon spoke of his excitement to appear in the upcoming crime film Kockroach alongside Chris Hemsworth, Taron Egerton, Zazzie Beetz And Alec Baldwin.
"So excited to be a part of this amazing project directed by Matt Ross...filming now in Australia," the late star said.
The comment section of the post has since been filled with tributes from fans of Muldoon, with one saying: "RIP Patrick, breaks my heart to see the news. The world has lost a remarkable man!"
Another wrote: "Grew up watching you in Starship Troopers. RIP legend."
While a third added: "God bless you, Patrick. Thank you for so many great performances. Rest in peace."
