Things on the surface for the two men with the 'world's biggest and smallest penises' may seem very different, but they both struggle with the same unfortunate issue.
Michael Phillips appeared on This Morning recently to share his experience with what he calls the 'world's smallest' member, after he was officially diagnosed with a micropenis following a visit to a doctor.
He had always struggled with self-confidence issues, sharing the difficult story of a woman howling with laughter the first time he revealed his crown jewels, as his phallus measures 0.38 inches.
Speaking on the ITV show, Michael explained: "I went to the doctor about four or five months ago with concerns over my penis size. I was informed there is a condition called a micropenis.

"I was referred to a urologist. I was always aware it had been small, but wasn’t aware there was a condition for it."
Meanwhile, Matt Barr seems to be living a teenager's dream by claiming to have the world's biggest chopper at over 14 inches, but it has also caused him a lot of stress throughout his life.
During an appearance on This Morning in 2024, he said: "It's difficult, because it's not something you really spring on people as a surprise, because it just does scare people away generally. But obviously [you don't want to be] creepy and bring it up too early. How do you start that conversation?"
Unsurprisingly, it's the bedroom where both men tend to struggle, albeit for very different reasons.

While Michael has to deal with potential embarrassment or teasing, Matt has to warn his potential lovers about what's happening downstairs, with it often not possible due to the sheer size of his sausage.
Michael said: "The main reason I went to the doctor was because my penis is actually too small to have sex at all.
"I have had a couple experiences of having sex and wasn’t able to get it in and everything. From there I just stopped trying to date and lost interest in it."
Matt has also found it difficult to settle down with the right partner due to being so well-endowed, and apparently even gave one woman a concussion after being a little too free-spirited and 'swinging it' around.

He said: "Lots of women get very scared when they see the size of it. They assume it's going to be impossible to make things work or be too painful to enjoy. In reality, it may be challenging, but it's also very rewarding."
They also both have issues in public because of their crown jewels, with Michael admitting that he struggles to urinate, while Matt has found it difficult to go swimming and has even been asked to leave a holiday resort due to a slightly too revealing pair of shorts.
So while teenage boys might joke about having often ridiculously-sized willies, the reality clearly isn't all that fun.
