This one goes out to all those people who can't leave a single grocery bag in the car after a trip to the supermarket.

A waiter has gone viral for his incredibly impressive 33 plate carry.

The man stacks the plates in a circular formation across his arm before carrying them out to the tables front of house.

But it's not a result of the hospitality worker shortage, the waiter said in an interview he just doesn't see the purpose of multiple trips.

"Why go back to the kitchen again and again when you can serve all the customers in one go?" the waiter, Mohammad Zeedat, said.

You know when you watch someone walk from the bar with about six pints and you're just holding their breath until they make it to a table or drop their drinks everywhere?

That's how I felt watching this video.

The video exploded across the internet but viewers aren't convinced by Zeedat's actions.

"Yes, yes...please smash my food with all those other plates," said one commenter.

"My luck my plate would be in the bottom row of plates," said another.

"Not to mention the bottom of the plates are probably not the cleanest part of a plate I'd want my food to touch after being passed around between cooks and put on various tables," one pointed out.

Zeedat did have some supporters though, with one commenter saying they believed the edge of the plates were carrying to majority of the weight, creating a slight arc to protect the food.

Another user pointed out that the time it took the waiter to stack the 33 plates was more than it would have taken five waiters to deliver the same number of plates.

But it's also very possible this was all just a stunt for the internet, in which case we can just be impressed and not pick holes in this process.

Another waiter went viral in 2019 for carrying 17 plates - 14 on one arm and one on the other.

While 17 is nowhere near 33, the three on his second arm still means he's more likely to be able to dole out the plates at the other end, so maybe he's the one playing chess here.
