A couple have filed a lawsuit against TUI Cruises after claiming they were kicked off a ship for having noisy sex.
The German couple say they were just one day into a two week Caribbean break when they were told they had to leave by staff. Not ideal.
They say they were left 'stranded' in Barbados with their luggage and are now hoping to recoup some cash from TUI Cruises. However, the cruise firm say the pair were kicked off due to a 'security-related incident'.

According to German travel publication Reise Reporter, the couple - named as Renate F and her husband Volker - boarded the Mein Schiff 5 on 1 April. While it was docked at Barbados, the couple got a bit 'passionate' but, crucially, forgot to close their balcony door.
Renate admitted to the publication that they were 'a bit loud' during the encounter and that the couple had a 'disagreement' after, but she stressed there was no violence or damage done to the cabin.
Afterwards, Renate went out on to the balcony to smoke a cigarette, while her husband hopped in the shower. At this time, Renate says there was a knock at the door and the cruise manager was there alongside a security guard.

She said they were then told that they had to leave, under orders of the captain.
Renate said that as there was no damage to the cabin, she can only assume the staff had received a complaint from a fellow passenger.
Whatever kicked it off, the couple claim they were turfed off the cruise and then had to spend thousands to stay in Barbados for the night and to arrange transport home, which they managed via a plane to Pairs and then a train to Germany.
The couple say they are suing for damages, compensation for 'pain', and to reimburse the costs incurred trying to get back home.

A spokesperson from TUI Cruises told the Reise Reporter: "Due to a security-related incident, we have made use of our house right and asked the guests to leave the ship.
"This was done to protect the guests themselves and other fellow travellers.
"There has already been a correspondence with Mrs F. in which we have set out our view of things. Please understand that we do not want to comment on the privacy of our guests in detail."
