Remember the dude who went viral after filming himself skateboarding down a street while listening to Fleetwood Mac's 'Dreams' and downing a bottle of Ocean Spray cranberry juice? Well, he's getting married.

TikTok sensation Nathan Apodaca, or @doggface208, has become something of a household name in recent weeks, raking in the cash from merchandise and even starring in a TV commercial.

It looks like he's putting his newfound wealth to good use, as he splashed out on a three-carat ring reportedly worth $22,000 (£16,614) for his partner Estela.

Apodaca announced the big news on his Instagram account, with a short video of the couple picking out the ring from Angel City Jewelers in Los Angeles.

In the caption, he said: "She said yes!!!! Much respect the ring looks dope did a great job exactly what I wanted thanks Issac (ONE DAY ILL GET MY STACKS UP FOR THOSE CHAINS)."

Speaking about his fame earlier this year, Apodaca said the original video saw him receive a wave of donations which helped him massively financially.

Speaking to Insider, he said: "I can pay my phone bill on time, and with the donations I was blessed with, that's helping me get a down payment for a house and my lady has a savings that she's been saving for over 20 years, so she's throwing that in too. Hopefully I'll be getting into a house pretty soon."

He continued: "It's just been a little bit better, you know what I mean?

"Just still smiles always, no matter what, but just a little bit more comfortable."

But Apodaca has always said that the fame won't change who he is, and that even though he now has more than 5.7 million followers on TikTok, fans can expect his social media content to stay true to its roots.

Explaining that interacting with his audience is getting harder, but that he still tries to like as many comments as he can, Apodaca said: "I just do me, that ain't gonna change.

"I'm gonna keep skateboarding and doing my longboard videos because those make me feel good. My little dance videos, my little skits that I do, it's just exciting to me. It's fun and exciting because I get to see the joy that it brings people."

And his fame hasn't gone unnoticed by rock legend Mick Fleetwood, who was grateful to Apodaca for sending his tune back to the top of the charts.

Mick Fleetwood is a big fan of the TikTok star.

As thank you to the social media star, Mick joined TikTok and recreated the skater's video.

After seeing Apodaca chilling while singing along to 'Dreams', the rock legend decided to give it a go himself and posted his own version to his new account.

He captioned the video: "@420doggface208 had it right. Dreams and Cranberry just hits different."

In the clip, the 73-year-old seemed to be loving life, much like Nathan, though he didn't manage to get through as much of his drink as Apodaca.

Overwhelmed by Mick's support, Apodaca shared the clip to his Twitter account, thanking him for the tribute.

He said: "Beyond blessed @fleetwoodmac @MickFleetwood thanks for steady vibin."
