A Ukranian TV presenter completely kept her cool when her tooth fell out live on air.

Marichka Padalko was covering the coronavirus crisis when the nightmare happened, but she handled the whole thing like a true professional, barely even pausing the broadcast.

The news reader took it in her stride. When her tooth begins to come loose, and even when it falls free, she casually lifts her hand up to her mouth and catches it without even interrupting her report.

Although the whole thing was as discreet as it could possibly be, beauty blogger Ekulka clocked the incident and posted about it on social media.

The TSN presenter, 44, replied to her: "Yes, I really lost part of my front tooth today during the live TSN broadcast at 9am.

"This is probably my most curious experience in 20 years as a presenter."

A colleague also replied, saying: "You reacted as if you lose your teeth every day."

In an Instagram post later on, she explained that she first damaged the tooth more than a decade ago.

She told that her daughter had picked up an alarm clock from her bedroom when she was a baby and had waved it around 'like a toy'. The young child accidentally hurt her mum's tooth, but it came back to bite her when she happened to be live on air.

But it's not the first time the poor woman's professionalism has been tested while she's broadcasting live on TV.

The outspoken mother-of-three, who is known for her feminist opinions, found herself in a sticky situation while she was on the telly a few years back.

In 2013, the famous media personality was reporting on a huge protest rally that had broken out in Kiev, Ukraine.

Before she knew it, she was broadcasting about her own politician husband Yehor Soboliev.
