A model who forked out $20,000 (£14,500) on a Brazilian butt lift says she is unable to sit down.
Kazumi Squirts, not her real name, has spent years trying to get the 'perfect body' but couldn't achieve her dream using the traditional methods of diet and exercise.
So the Florida-based Instagram model decided to go under the knife, paying $36,000 (£26,000) on liposuction, a boob job and a butt lift.
But while she's over the moon with the results, Kazumi is really struggling to sit down on her new rear.
The 24-year-old said: "Since getting the surgery I haven't sat down on my butt.
"I do everything standing up, I learnt how to pee and poop standing up.
"I go everywhere with my BBL pillow so if I do go for dinner my butt is supported. It sort of hovers over it.
"Putting any kind of pressure on my hips or butt risks killing the fat in there so I want to see if I can go a whole year without sitting down."
Despite the obvious inconvenience, though, Kazumi wouldn't change her new look for the world.
And it's proving quite lucrative for her, as she now makes an absolute fortune on OnlyFans.
"Getting a BBL and other surgery was the best thing I've ever done and I don't regret a thing," she said.
"I made a lot of money on OnlyFans before I got my body done but I'm making even more now.
"I've gone from making about $25,000 (£18,163) a month, to having 66,000 fans and earning $200,000 (£145,305) a month - I recently hit the $1.5 million (£1,089,817) mark."
Kazumi explained that she had always felt unhappy with how she looked.
She recalled: "I'd always been super insecure about my size and had tried everything to lose weight.
"I was quite skinny growing up but when I turned 19 I entered a beauty pageant and it was the first time my appearance had been scrutinised.
"I was told I needed to lose weight and that certain parts of my body needed to change, and became a lot more self-conscious afterwards."
And things reached a head last year when she put on three stone during lockdown.
So in September 2020, Kazumi went under the knife, spending $8,000 (£5,817) on going from a 34B cup to a 34DD cup.
And a few months later, she coughed up a further $28,000 (£20,362) on liposuction and a butt lift.
Kazumi added: "It was the most expensive day I've ever had and it
felt like I'd been in a car crash, but it was so worth it."
