Pretty regularly conducting experiments or sharing things he’s tried that baffle us; Bryan Johnson has shared his latest results.
Only this time, they’re not from the biohacker himself but rather his partner, Kate Tolo.
She co-founded the longevity startup Blueprint with Johnson and has been dating him for over three years.
The 48-year-old’s ‘Project Blueprint’ sees him take various measures to ‘reverse’ his biological age.

Back in December 2025, the millionaire said Tolo and him ‘have nearly become one person’ and gushed over her as his girlfriend.
And now he’s given us a bit of an insight into their relationship as he did a rather formal yet NSFW post on X last night (early hours 30 April UK time). This was then followed by the announcement that his partner’s vagina is in the ‘top one percent’ as she spoke about sexual health.

Johnson shared: “Just gave Kate oral sex. Goodnight everyone.”
But rather than just leaving it there at the intimacies of what the pair get up to, the biohacker made things less sexy and more science as he shared Tolo’s ‘vaginal microbiome report’, claiming she had a ‘100/100 score’.
Seeming to want to clarify the sexual health around oral sex he broke down testing of the region.
“Her sample is dominated by the single most protective bacterial species a vagina can host (Lactobacillus crispatus),” he wrote.
“Only about 25-30% of reproductive age women globally are L. crispatus-dominant, and ‘dominant’ usually means above 50%. Kate is at 98.7%.”
Johnson added that when her microbiome sample was sent to the lab, ‘nothing bad’ was reported such as STIs.
He continued: “This is linked to lower risk of BV, UTIs, yeast infections, HPV persistence, HSV-2 and HIV acquisition, preterm birth, and improved IVF outcomes.”
And the biohacker concluded by explaining the importance of the vaginal microbiome as he called it the ‘downstream of everything’, listing: “sleep, glucose control, stress, gut health, sexual health, immune function, what you eat, and what you put in it.”

Kate Tolo’s response
Acknowledging that her partner’s post ‘seems unhinged’, Tolo highlighted the importance of the topic as ‘oral sex isn’t talked about enough’ despite carrying ‘genuine risks’.
She pointed out the possible passing of oral herpes, HPV and oral gonorrhoea.
“The bacteria in saliva can also disrupt the vaginal microbiome, and studies have linked receptive oral sex to higher rates of bacterial vaginosis,” the co-founder continued.
“Oral sex is great… the problem is that we don’t treat it seriously.”
Tolo suggested that people who may ‘never skip a condom’ will ‘go down on a new partner without a second thought’.
“People don’t get tested for oral STIs…. or talk to partners about dental health, recent illness, or when they were last screened. It’s a public health gap,” she continued.
Tolo concluded by saying she’s grateful’ to have a partner who takes ‘my health, his health and our collective health seriously’.
“Be safe lovely humans.”
